Deputies and K-9 spent the morning boloing the area for D-1 due to a Pass On SA-707 Affidavit charging D-1 with Burglary with Firearm, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card and Grand Theft. K-9 spotted D-1 in the area riding his bicycle. Deputies immediately responded to the area in search of D-1. Within minutes, D-1 was located and secured. D-1 was found to be in possession of items used to purchase with a stolen credit card. An interview was conducted with D-1. A confession was obtained in reference to D-1 being in possession of the stolen credit card and using it unauthorized. D-1 advised he had no involvement with the car break, even though he had been out that night. The stolen credit card was located and placed into evidence. D-1 resides 0-2 miles away from the victim's residence. The firearm is still entered as stolen. D-1 was transported to VCBJ. ***CBA***
Deputies conducted multiple Extra Patrols on churches within the City and county area of District 4.
Deputy Medina and Deputy Ray assisted Chaplain Carrero by speaking with the newly formed security team at the Deltona Spanish SDA Church regarding active killer scenarios and safety precautions.

V1 reported he was selling a white 2008 Suzuki GSX-R1000 on "Let Go". V1 advised a subject showed up and requested to take the bike for a ride. The subject left and never returned with the bike. The bike was entered into FCIC/NCIC.
V1 reported her ex-boyfriend D1 requested to take V2 (a juvenile) fishing tomorrow with O1. V1 stated she was not allowing V2 to go and several minutes later D1 showed up and approached the front door. V1 advised she opened the door to talk with D1 at which time he pushed his way into the house fighting with V1. D1 grabbed V2 by his arm and jerked him from behind the couch. D1 attempted to exit the residence with V2. V1 and D1 continued to struggle by the front door at which time she ripped his shirt trying to prevent him from leaving with V2. D1 finally let go of V2 and left the residence. W1 was on scene and provided his statement which was consistent with V1's.
Sergeant Stickels later made phone contact with D1 at which time he was convinced to turn himself in. Deputies made contact with D1 and he was taken into custody. During an interview a confession was obtained from D1. D1 was transported without incident.
V1 and her live-in boyfriend who she has a child-in-common with got into an argument and she called VCSO. Upon initial contact, she advised it was all verbal ;however, she admitted it was physical two days ago. V1 reported she and S1 were in another argument when S1 grabbed her forcefully, causing her to scratch her own face. S1 left after the altercation on today's date as she told him she was calling Law Enforcement. Case is active.
V1 reported sometime between 1200 hours and 1230 hours on 03/15/19, his iPhone XS Max, gray phone (unk. S/N), Maryland DL and credit card (had it cancelled) was stolen from the room he was staying in. Jones stated he left the room around 1200 hours to go get a bite to eat at Waffle House. Upon his return at approximately 1230 hours, he noticed the room had been cleaned, beds made and items missing. Case is active.

V-1 and V-2 advised while they were sleeping their son, D-1 stole their 2008 gray Toyota passenger car bearing FL. tag 888YCT and a debit card. V-2 advised D-1 used the debit to make unauthorized withdraws totaling in the amount of $160. A bolo was issued for the vehicle. The vehicle was located at a residence. Deputies set up a perimeter around the residence. D-1 was located at the rear of the property. An interview was conducted with D-1. D-1 confused to taking the vehicle, debit card and making the withdraws. D-1 was placed under arrest for Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. The vehicle and debit card were turned back over to V-1. ***CBA***
On 03-13-2019, V-1 was traveling southbound on Howland Blvd towards his residence in his vehicle. V-1 advised an unknown make black passenger car had been following him. V-1 observed the vehicle was occupied by unknown subject(s) as they yelled at him. V-1 parked his vehicle in his driveway as the other vehicle drove by. V-1 was unable to provide detailed information on the vehicle or subject(s). V-1 advised he last observed his vehicle secure in his driveway at 1800 hours. The following morning on 03-14-2019, at 0430 hours, V-1 walked out to his vehicle and observed it had been vandalized. V-1 advised unknown suspect(s) had shattered several windows to his vehicle and spray painted his vehicle. Case active to Deputy Hyde

V1 reported her son D1 came home with an unknown female which started a verbal argument inside the house. As the argument escalated, V1 attempted to call 911 for assistance. D1 then grabbed V1 by the arm and forcible took the phone to prevent her calling for help. W1 followed D1 as he left the house and she was able to recover the phone. V1 had bruising on her arm and a minor cut on her hand. D1 was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
V1 reported her live-in boyfriend D1 came home intoxicated when a verbal argument ensued. V1 advised D1 got in her face and grabbed her by the throat. D1 then left the residence on foot. D1 was located and found to have an active warrant for lewd and lascivious out of Marion County (19-5872). D1 was taken into custody and deemed to be the primary aggressor based upon W1's statement. D1 was transported without incident.
R1 reported a known subject was observed in the self check out lane not paying for items on 03/09 and 03/11, (19-5859) both at approximately 0710 hours on both dates. Total amount of stolen food, $ 24.14. The case is active to Deputy McIntosh.

V-1 was visiting his friend overnight and left his vehicle unlocked on 03-14-2019, at 2030 hours. On 03-15-2019, at 0530 hours, V-1 went out to his vehicle and did not notice anything missing from his vehicle. On 03-16-2019, V-1 contacted the Sheriff's Office after noticing his wallet and a handgun with magazines had been stolen from the vehicle. V-1 additionally advised his credit card from his wallet had been used in Orange City at Game Stop on 03-15-2019,at 1052 hours. Deputies responded to Game Stop and determined S-1 had purchased two video games with V-1's credit card. The handgun was entered into databases as stolen. S-1 resides 0.2 miles away from the location of incident. Deputies attempted to locate S-1 but met with negative results. A Pass On SA-707 was completed charging S-1 with Burglary with firearm, Grand Theft and Fraudulent Use of A Credit Card. The SA-707 was placed in the D-4 Pass On Binder.

Deputies responded to a business alarm at the above location to find several smash and grab style burglaries. The Pet Supermarket, Deltona Latin Cafe, Coquetas Boutique, Dollar Stop Plus and Taqueria Jalisciene Baes all had their front glass doors broken and cash registers and cash were taken. CID responded along with crime scene. Case is active.
19-5750- Michael Hooker, W/M, 09-24-1958, Transient, Trespassing (Deputy Faircloth).
W-1 lives across the street from V-1. On today's date, at approximately 1600 hours, W-1 was in her garage and observed S-1 rummaging through V-1's toolbox, which is located inside V-1's Ford pick up (FL IWQZ15). W-1 witnessed S-1 take several boxes of tools out of V-1's truck bed, then proceed to load the tools ino her vehicle and leave the scene with O-1. V-1, S-1 and O-1 are roommates and reside together at the same residence. W-1,who lives across the street, is the landlord for V-1, S-1, and O-1. W-1 notified V-1 of what she observed, prompting V-1 to inventory his tools, discovering approximately $1200 worth of tools missing. Deputy McCabe completed a pass on 707 on S-1. Case status active.
On 03/12/19, V-1 and D-1 were in an argument over a physical therapy appointment. D-1 stated that he was sitting in the study of his home, when V1 entered the study, grabbed him by his upper left arm, and swatted him on the head with a manila folder. D-1 then drove V-1 to her appointment. When they returned home, D-1 grabbed V-1 her by her right forearm, and kicked her in the right shin. V-1 had mild bruising to her forearm, and dark discolored bruising on her shin. Photographs were taken of the injuries. D-1 was arrested and transported to the Branch Jail. A copy of the report was faxed to DCF.
***Juvenile/Pass on Affidavit***
Deputies made contact with S-1 while recovering a missing juvenile on another case. S-1 made suicidal statements and was taken into custody under a Baker Act. A pass on 707 was completed on S-1 for Contempt of Court. S-1 was transported to Halifax Behavioral Services. Staff were notified to contact VCSO prior to his release. Director Quann and Detective Gardner were notified.
Deputies located V-1 in Deltona. While in contact, V-1 made suicidal statements. V-1 was taken into custody under a Baker Act and was transported to Halifax Behavioral Services. V-1 was removed from FCIC as missing. DCF will be taking V-1 into their custody upon her release. Director Quann and Detective Gardner were notified.

V-1 advised she responded to her residence to gather belongings after breaking up with D-1. V-1 stated as she went to leave D-1 pushed her out the door causing her to fall into a fence and then pushed her again prior to striking her in the face. Deputies determined D-1 to be the primary aggressor and arrested him for DV simple battery. D-1 was transported to VCBJ. Case Status: DVCBA
R-1 advised he was contacted by V-1 regarding her being inappropriately touched by S-1. R-1 responded to the residence and confronted S-1, who denied the allegations. R-1 advised S-1 left the residence and he notified Law Enforcement. Deputies responded and investigated. On Call ISS was notified and responded to take over the investigation. Case Status: Active

Walk up to District 4. On 03/10/19, V-1 was informed by her cell phone provider that her phone was ported and someone gained access to her personal information. V-1 then checked her bank account and noticed an unauthorized online withdrawal. Unknown suspects at this time. Case status active.
Pine Ridge High School Staff reported that V-1 and S-1 were engaged in sexual intercourse inside a classroom. Detectives responded to the scene. Director Quann and District 4 Command Staff were notified. Case status active.

Deputies responded to the Circle K in Osteen in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with V1 (age 93) who advised his granddaughter was going "crazy" inside his house. V1 attempted to call for help at which time D1 grabbed him and took his phone to prevent him from calling for assistance. D1 then slammed the phone on the ground at which time V1 drove to the Circle K and had the clerk call for assistance. Deputies responded to V1's residence and made contact with D1; she was taken into custody. D1 was also found to be in possession of (Sch II) narcotics. D1 is on probation for cocaine. D1's probation was violated on sight (19-5593).
D1- Trinity E. Paul, w/f, 09/29/2003, 1783 Saxon Blvd, Deltona
Deputies were advised by a school counselor, D1 had made some threats against an unspecified school and other students via social media (Instagram). In the video, D1 said she was going to "help the white boy blow the school up" and that she hated people at the school. From the video and Instagram information, Deputies were able to identifiy D1 as the person who made the video. Detectives assisted, and D1 was later arrested at her home without incident. D1 was later transported to DJJ. Director Quann, the watch commander, Lt. Bainbridge, and District Command Staff were notified of the incident. School Resource Deputies and their chain of command was also notified.

V-1 was exiting the parking lot of Wal-Mart to travel north on State Road 415, Osteen. V-1 observed S-1 pull behind her in a four door Kia passenger car. V-1 recognized the vehicle as belonging to her husband, S-1. V-1 and S-1 have been separated for over five months. V-1 advised as S-1 was traveling behind her, he drove his vehicle close to her rear vehicle bumper as he was attempting to "ram" her vehicle. V-1 advised S-1 did this on several occasions and she was in fear for her safety. V-1 advised S-1 was attempting to run her off the road. V-1 increased her speed in an attempt to get away from S-1. V-1 called law enforcement for assistance. S-1 fled the scene and was unable to be located. V-1 was not injured and was provided with a DV Pamphlet. Information was passed on to DBPD to attempt to locate S-1. An SA-707 was completed and placed in the District Four Pass On Binder charging S-1 with DV Aggravated Assault.

V1 reported he left town, later returned and noticed an AK-47 and Smith & Wesson handgun missing from his home. It appeared entry was made through an unsecure window. The case is active to Deputy B. Galarza.
Deputies responded to Pine Ridge High School in reference to a head on collision involving three vehicles. Upon arrival it was determined one driver of a vehicle was deceased. Howland Blvd was shut down traveling both directions. THI Unit, Crime Scene, Director Quann, SRO Sergeant, PIO and District Command Staff were notified. Next of kin notifications were made. The scene was turned over to the THI Unit.
On 03-10-2019, D-1 was in a verbal altercation with his live in girlfriend, V-1. The altercation was over, D-1 finding messages on V-1's phone from another male. The altercation turned physical when D-1 grabbed V-1 in a head lock and began to choke her. V-1 was unable to breathe. V-1 was able to break free, but did not call law enforcement due to being in fear. V-1 sustained small bruising on her right cheek bone, which was consistent with her statement. D-1 was taken into custody for DV Strangulation. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. D-1 complained of chest pain and was transported to Central Florida Regional Hospital. Night Shift Supervisors were made aware. D-1 was admitted into the hospital. VCBJ Detainee Booking Form was completed and forwarded to VCBJ. ***CBA***

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that D1 threatened her 81 year old husband V1 with a fire place shovel. D1 also swung the shovel at him, knocking a bag out of his hand. D1 was arrested for Assault on a person 65 years or older (Domestic Violence). D1 was transported to VCBJ without incident.
Deputy McCabe was flagged down by Publix (V-1) in reference to S-1 shoplifting. Deputy McCabe made contact with S-1 beside his vehicle and attempted to take him into custody. S-1 refused to follow Deputy McCabe's verbal commands. S-1 was escorted to the ground. S-1 was able to break free from the Deputies' grip and got into his vehicle. S-1 fled the scene. S-1's vehicle was later located after it had been involved in an accident (Case 19-5425). S-1 exited his vehicle and made contact with V-3 who was sitting at the intersection of India Blvd / Fort Smith Blvd. V-3 was in her vehicle with her two children, V-4 and V-5. S-1 entered the vehicle through the rear driver side door and sat on top of V-4 and V-5. S-1 told V-3 to drive away from the area due to Deputies attempting to take him into custody. V-3 was in fear for her safety and her children. V-3 drove away from the scene in fear S-1 would cause them harm. V-1 advised she just wanted S-1 out of her vehicle and dropped him off at Saxon Blvd and Woffington Avenue. V-3 returned to the crash scene. Additional Deputies, Air One, District Six Deputies responded to the area in search of S-1, but met with negative results. District Four CID was made aware. Surveillance was conducted in the area with the assistance of District Four CID and D-Net. A location was obtained for S-1 at a residence. A perimeter was established. District Four CID, K-9, D-Net, District Four Patrol responded to the scene. A Search Warrant and arrest warrants were obtained. As of this writing, SWAT was set up on the residence and waiting to make entry. S-1 is being charged with Shoplifting, Resisting an Officer with Violence, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Prisoner Escape, two (2) counts of Fleeing and Eluding, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Carjacking, three (3) counts of Kidnapping, Possession of Heroin and Driving without a License. Deputy McCabe, V-3 and her children were not injured.

V-1 advised he was attacked by D-1 after a verbal argument. D-1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and arrested for Domestic Violence Simple Battery, due to the two living together as a family unit. D-1 was transported to VCBJ. A copy of report was sent to DCF, because two minors were present at the residence at the time of the incident.
V-1- Circle K, 1712 Doyle Road, Deltona
R-1 advised a male entered the office and demanded money. R-1 stated the male implied he had a weapon. The male exited the store with the bag of money and fled on foot. Deputies, Air One and K-9 responded to the area which yielded negative results. Case Status: Active

Deputies responded to the area for a disturbance. During the investigation, contact was made with D1, who was uncooperative and attempted to leave the area. Deputies attempted to prevent D1 from leaving when the contact became physical and D1 spontaneously yelled out that she stabbed V1. It was determined that D1 was to be secured but she continued her efforts to resist and battered Deputy McCabe in the process. After securing D1, V1 was located and was observed to have superficial stab wounds to his arms and chest. Deltona Fire Rescue was summoned but V1 refused medical attention and did not cooperate any further with the investigation. After being provided her Miranda warning, D1 advised she stabbed V1 with scissors during an argument. D1 was charged with DV aggravated battery, battery on a LEO and resisting arrest w/violence and w/ out.

Deputies were in the process of releasing D-1, a juvenile, with a notice to appear, when he became combative in the rear of a patrol vehicle. D-1 kicked his mother, V-1, in the face and arms, in the presence of deputies. D-1 was charged with Domestic Violence Simple Battery. Director Quann was notified of the incident. DJJ released the juvenile D-1 to V-1 with a notice to appear.
V1 and D1 got into an argument and it was determined D1 battered V1 during the argument by slapping her. Neither party was forthcoming with information but both had blood on them. Upon LEO arrival, the front door was open; however, V1 closed the door and locked it. Glass breakage and tussling was heard from within the residence. Deputies forced entry by kicking the front door in and D1 was taken into custody. D1 was arrested for simple battery, violating his order regarding contact before trial and possession of a felony amount of marijuana (76.7 grams). The Watch Commander was made aware.
Deputies responded to a juvenile complaint. Multiple neighbors were complaining about D1, a juvenile, trespassing and throwing rocks at vehicles. (VCSO 19-5300) There were no charges at that time and deputies explained right from wrong with D1 and his mother. Later in the day, deputies responded back for a criminal mischief complaint. V1, a neighbor, advised D1 continued his activities and attempted to burn a chair in her back yard and threw rocks at her vehicle, causing damage to both. V1 also stated that D1 was attempting to burn the cable TV line on her house when she stopped him. D1 also damaged a wooden fence when he fled her back yard from V1 upon confronting him. D1 was also charged with resisting arrest when taken into custody. Dir. Quann was notified. DJJ provided D1 with a court date and he was released to his mother, O1.
R1, who is the owner of Lawns-A-Lott, said he responded to the District Four Office because he believes a former employee of his, S1, has used his company's credit card fraudulently on multiple occasions at various location in Volusia County. S1 also has fraud charges in Seminole and Orange counties.
V1 reported that S1 was hired to paint her house and she provided him a $300 deposit. V1 has not seen or heard from S1 since 02-19-19, the date the contract was signed. O1, his girlfriend, advised S1 has skipped town since a DV incident on 02-20-19. Deputies had attempted to locate S1 with negative results; he has been evicted form the residence. Case active to Deputy Acquaro.

R-1 advised approximately a week ago he had been on the property and observed a newly ordered dishwasher inside the residence in the kitchen. Due to R-1 only seeing the dishwasher one time, he was unable to remember the make, model or serial number. R-1 advised on this date he returned to the property and observed the front and back door were left unlocked. R-1 discovered the dishwasher had been stolen. R-1 advised the property owner, V-1, wished to pursue criminal charges. Case active to Deputy Agosto.
V-1 advised she last observed her four handguns on 2-15-2019, at 1500 hours, in her bedroom lock box. On today's date, V-1 checked her bedroom and observed her lock box containing her firearms had been stolen. V-1 provided serial numbers for handguns and they were entered into databases as stolen. S-1 entered the room and picked up a small metal toy car. S-1 threw the car at V-1, but missed. S-1 got closer to V-1 and pushed him on top of a bed. V-1 advised as he laid on the bed, S-1 placed his forearm across his neck restricting his breathing. V-1 advised S-1 then punched him on the right side of his face with a closed fist. W-2 confirmed seeing S-1 batter V-1. V-1 advised his mother, W-1, entered the room and S-1 left. S-1 was unable to be located at the residence. An SA-707 was completed charging S-1 with DV Aggravated Assault, Child Abuse and DV Strangulation and placed in the District Four Pass On Binder.
V-1 advised she had recently allowed her friend, S-1, to hang out at her residence on occasion. V-1 advised during the time S-1 had been at her residence, she began to notice items missing. V-1 advised S-1 may have stolen some of her items, including several pieces of women's jewelry and a bicycle (unknown model or serial). Case active to Deputy Nealis.
R-1 is the owner of V-1, a liquor store. R-1 was reviewing surveillance footage and observed S-1, an employee, going into a back office room and stealing $30 on 02-25-2019. Charges were filed for Petit Theft. Case filed.

V1 reported she has been receiving multiple phone calls from her child's father (D1) since January. V1 blocked D1's number but he continued to call from different numbers. During the investigation, deputies learned D1 lives in Massachusetts. V1 advised today that D1 has called her place of employment (6) times since January. V1 advised she left work today at which time D1 pulled up next to her on the roadway to talk with her. V1 stated she had no arrangements to meet with D1 nor did she know D1 was in Florida. Deputies located D1 at the Holiday Inn (Orange City). During an interview, D1 admitted he showed up in Florida unannounced and was watching V1's place of employment waiting for her to leave. There were several inconsistencies in D1's statement as to why he was in Florida watching V1's place of employment. D1 was taken into custody for stalking.

S-1 was in a verbal altercation with his live-in girlfriend, V-1. During the altercation V-1 was holding her cell phone, at which time S-1 bear hugged V-1 in an attempt to take the cell phone away from her. V-1 did not wish to be touched by S-1. V-1 contacted law enforcement for further assistance. S-1 fled the scene. V-1 was not injured and was provided with a DV Pamphlet. Deputies were unable to locate S-1. V-1 advised she did not wish to pursue charges. An SA-707 was completed charging S-1 with Felony DV Battery (Prior Conviction) and placed in the D-4 Pass On Binder.
V-1 had a home for sale located at 2007 Howland Blvd, Deltona. The property sold in the amount of $129,900. V-1 advised her real estate title consultants advised they had received an email from V-1 stating to wire nearly $80,000 to an unknown account. The money was wired to a fraudulent bank account that was provided to the title consultants by an unknown person posing as V-1. V-1 advised the money was frozen by Wells Fargo Bank and a fraud investigation was initiated. D-4 CID was made aware.
R1 called in to report that her juvenile daughter, V1, is the victim of an ongoing sex offense by an adult male, S1, who is known to V1. R1 observed injury to V1 on today's date, and when questioned, V1 stated S1 has touched her private area. The VCSO's Child Exploitation Unit was notified of the incident and responded to the scene.

V-1 and D-1 were in an physical confrontation. D-1 wrapped his hands around V-1's neck restricting his airway. O-1 responded to the scene and was made aware of the incident. D-1 was placed under arrest. Director Quann was notified. A copy of the report was faxed to DCF.
Walk up to District 4. V-1 reported that his FL tag 5703QX was stolen from the back of his pick up truck. V-1 noticed the tag missing while grocery shopping today. The incident occurred between 03/04/19 and 03/05/19. The tag was entered in FCIC.
R-1 reported that V-1 left the property (Florida Childrens Home) at approximately 0900 hours. Staff canvassed the immediate area for V-1 for approximately 45 minutes, prior to contacting the Sheriff's Office to report her missing. V-1 was last seen wearing a baseball cap, black hooded sweatshirt, and black sweat pants. Deputy Teske canvassed the surrounding area and parks in an attempt to locate V-1 with negative results. Quann was notified due to two preschool-age children witnessing the incident.
V-1 and S-1 were arguing inside a vehicle in a parking lot. S-1 then struck V-1 in the chest with an open hand as he exited the vehicle. S-1 then left the area. During the investigation, V-1 reported a second domestic violence incident that occurred last night where S-1 punched her on the right cheek, then pushed her onto the bathroom floor. Photographs were taken of V-1's injuries. Deputies were unable to locate S-1. A 707 affidavit was completed.
V1 reported that someone entered his unlocked 2010 Gray Toyota passenger car and stole his pistol. Case continued by Deputy Teske

At 0811 hours, V-1 was transported to Fish Memorial Hospital due to having breathing problems. At 1240, V-1 was pronounced deceased at the hospital by the ER doctor. V-1 had prior hip problems and other medical issues. The ME was contacted and took over jurisdiction. CID was made aware of the incident. No signs of trauma were observed to V-1's body and nothing suspicious was observed at the residence. V-1's family was at the hospital and aware prior to Deputies' arrival.
V-1 was at Wal-Mart on 03-02-2019 at 1100 hours. V-1 left her cell phone at the register. V-1 later returned to the Wal-Mart, but was unable to locate her cell phone. Case active to Deputy Brown.

R1 reported finding two trailers with Bobcat Skid Steers parked on her property in Mims. The area is secluded and R1 said she had never seen the equipment before. Additionally, a gate leading to the property was damaged. The investigation revealed the trailers and Bobcats were stolen from a Sanford business. Company employees responded and took possession of the trailers and equipment. Seminole County Sheriff's Office has made arrests for the thefts as of this writing. Additional charges are pending.
V1 and D1 are father/son and reside together. On this date, they were involved in an argument. D1 approached V1 aggressively and grabbed him by his shirt. V1 was not injured. D1 was uncooperative with deputies and had to be physically restrained. He was arrested and charged with Battery Domestic Violence and Resisting Arrest without Violence. He was transported to the jail without further incident.
V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and live together as family. On this date, they were in an argument. D1 reportedly grabbed V1 and pushed her against the refrigerator, then repeatedly struck her and bit her on her back. V1 was able to escape from D1 and call for law enforcement. D1 was evasive with law enforcement and only said V1 struck him. V1 sustained minor injuries but did not need medical treatment. D1 was arrested and transported to the jail. A copy of the report was faxed to DCF for review as two children witnessed the incident.

V1 called to report that all four of his vehicle tires were slashed overnight. V1 suspects S1 in the incident because V1 is currently dating O1, who is in divorce proceedings with S1. S1 was contacted, and denied any involvement. Case is active to Deputy Medina.
V2 called VCSO to report that a City of Deltona No Dumping sign and her trash can located in front of her house were struck by a vehicle. V2 observed a vehicle stopped several houses away with front end damage and passed the information on to VCSO. Deputies arrived on scene but the vehicle had fled the scene.

R-1 contacted the Sheriff's Office in reference to her 68-year-old father, V-1 not being seen or heard from since 03-01-2019 at 1200 hours. R-1 was concerned for his well-being due to his health and possible early stages of dementia. Deputies and Air responded to a residence in Deltona where V-1 had been house-sitting, but were unable to locate V-1. V-1's cell phone was located inside the residence, but his vehicle was not found. V-1 was entered as missing and a Silver Alert was activated. At 1332 hours, V-1 was located in Jacksonville at his residence in good health. V-1 stated he forgot he was house-sitting for R-1. V-1 was removed from databases as Missing and the Silver Alert was cancelled. Case status : Closed.
R1 reported his mother (O1) bought a trailer in Minnesota to move her belongings to Florida. R1 stated he attempted to register the trailer earlier today and was told the trailer was reported stolen out of Minnesota. R1 then called the Sheriff's Office. It was determined the trailer was reported stolen out of Sherburne County Sheriff's Office (18025042). Confirmation was received and the trailer was towed from the scene.
R1 reported her 31-year-old daughter V1 left the residence sometime between 1200 hours and 1800 hours on today's date. V1 was overheard stating she was going to Orlando. V1 suffers from a rare medical condition hindering her mental capacity. Several locations were checked in Orlando with negative results. V1 did not have a phone and was entered into databases as missing.
