NOTICE: Custodian of Public Records Contact Info

Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes encourages government agencies to prominently post the contact information for the agency’s custodian of public records.

The Central Records Section processes requests for Volusia County Sheriff's Office reports in accordance with the Florida Public Records Act. A fee will be charged for all copies. If you don't have the case number, you will be asked to provide pertinent information such as the time, date and location of the incident in order to assist the Central Records staff in identifying the report you are seeking.

There are several ways to request VCSO records:

Central Records is open to the public between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The location is the 4th floor of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand
