*UPDATE: SATURDAY 10/26/19*

Detectives have arrested 16 year old Cierra Montilla  (04/18/2003) as she was determined to be the person who stabbed two other juveniles during a prearranged fight at Dewey Boster Park yesterday. Detectives determined several juveniles who attend University High School arraigned to fight each other via Social Media based on an ongoing conflict occurring at school.  Several cars of individuals arrived at the park for the purposes of fighting, some being driven there by adults, who also became participants in the brawl. Montila is captured on video committing the stabbing and also would later confess to the act when confronted by detectives.  She was charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and booked into the Volusia Regional Juvenile Detention Center. The 15 year old remains hospitalized and is expected to survive.

Detectives are continuing to investigate this incident as more individuals are likely to face charges for their roles.

Note: The video mentioned above is not available for release as we are still identifying remaining suspects.
