DEPUTIES SEEKING PUBLIC’S HELP IN LOCATING MISSING 14-YEAR-OLD DELTONA GIRL
The Volusia Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old girl who left her home in Deltona early Wednesday.
Anaya Granger, 14, left home during the early-morning hours in her mother's car, which was later found on the side of the road in the Osteen area. Anaya later sent a text message to her family indicating she's fine, but she still hasn’t returned home or let anyone know where she is.
It's possible Anaya is somewhere in the Orlando/Orange County area. She was last seen wearing a black and white hoodie, gray sweatpants and black and pink tennis shoes, but she was also carrying a duffel bag with clothes when she left.
Anyone with information about Anaya’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 386-248-1777 or 911 in an emergency. Anonymous tips may also be reported to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida at 888-277-TIPS or via the P3 Tips app available at NEFCrimestoppers.com, and may be eligible for a cash reward.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, DIAL 911 IF YOU CAN’T CALL, YOU CAN SEND A TEXT TO 911
