A Silver Alert has been issued and Volusia County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a missing 81-year-old DeLeon Springs man who was last seen Tuesday evening.

David DePasqua (DOB 2/2/1936) was last seen around 5 p.m. Tuesday at his home on Whooping Crane Drive in DeLeon Springs. He was wearing a white New England Patriots T-shirt and tan shorts.

Mr. DePasqua may be traveling in a silver 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe with Florida tag 385-XMI.

It’s possible Mr. DePasqua may be in the Orlando area today (Thursday), as he had a previously scheduled appointment this morning. However, he has been experiencing memory issues lately and has had difficulty remembering routes to routine destinations.

Please see the attached photo. Anyone who sees Mr. DePasqua or has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 911 or 386-248-1777.
