• Volusia County Sheriff's Office news release "As School Begins, Deputies Remind Public to Put Safety First." (Released 8/15/2012) 

• Volusia County Schools news release "New Traffic Pattern Planned for Orange City Schools." (Released 8/9/2012)

• Florida Department of Transportation news release "New School Zone in Orange City to Improve Safety and Walking Habits." (Released 7/6/2012)

• The new Orange City school/slow speed zone will be in effect on Monday morning from 6:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. and in the afternoon from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
