V1 and D1 were in an argument. V1 did not want D1 to drive drunk. D1 slapped him during a scuffle. A scratch was observed on V1's face. D1 was arrested for battery.
D1 was observed by Deputy Agosto pushing V1 at the front door to the residence. V1 was not injured and was uncooperative with deputies. V1 is the father to D1. D1 was arrested for DV simple battery. D1 was transported to VCBJ without incident.

Deputies responded to the area after V1 reported that she observed a short-haired male inside her vehicle. V1 stated she was startled by the male and screamed when she approached her vehicle, scaring him away. Alert One and K9 were utilized to help locate the suspect with negative results. V1 reported while she was in an assisted living facility, several items within her residence were stolen. While away, her daughter, O1, was staying at the residence and had multiple people there as well even after O1 was arrested on an unrelated theft. Case is active.
V1 reported an unknown caller (blocked number) from "Microsoft Fraud Protection" told V1 that his computer had been hacked and requested remote access, which V1 granted. The caller then advised V1 he would need $3,000.00 to "bait" the hackers and the caller would deposit that money so V1 could buy gift cards to assist. V1 checked his account and found an additional $3,000.00 and bought six $500.00 gift cards as requested and gave the security codes to the caller. V1 later determined the $3,000.00 was transferred from his savings account to his primary checking account. Case is active.

V1 reported S1 stole a check book from a guest bedroom he was staying in, forged a check and cashed it in the amount of $510.00 at an Amscott. V1 advised S1, a family member, resides somewhere in Philadelphia and her family is unwilling to give her any information on him. Case is active.

Victim- Kenneth T. Matthews, w/m, 11/18/1969
V1 advised sometime during the day, unknown suspect(s) entered his home and took his 32-inch television. V1 had no information on the television. One window was partially open but the point of entry is not known. No evidence or witnesses located. Case is active.
Deputies responded to Pine Ridge High School for a reported disturbance involving more than 100 people. Upon arrival, numerous people were contacted who reported a large fight at a Pop Warner football game between a Daytona Beach team and a Deltona team. It was determined the fight occurred over several rough plays on the field. No primary aggressor was identified as of this writing; however, several people were contacted and are included in the incident report and supplements. No significant injuries were reported, and the game was stopped and all parties left peacefully. The watch commander, Lt. Day, was aware and responded to the scene. Video of the incident was obtained and the case is active at this time.
V1 and D1 are son/father, and reside together as family. On this date, they were involved in a verbal dispute that escalated with D1 threatening V1 by telling him if he had a gun, he would shoot him, and made a verbal threat to cause him bodily harm using explicit language. V1 was in fear from D1 and believed he would carry the threat out. D1 was arrested and transported to the jail without incident.
V1 and D1 are mother/daughter. V1 and D1 engaged in an argument in the parking lot, which resulted in D1 throwing a set of keys at V1 causing minor redness to V1's arm. D1 was arrested on scene and transported to VCBJ without incident.
V1 and D1 reside together and are boyfriend/girlfriend. D1 threw a steak at V1's head, causing redness to V1's head. V1 refused rescue. D1 was arrested for DV simple battery and was transported to VCBJ without incident.
V1 and D1 are father/son. On this date, they were involved in a verbal altercation when D1 grabbed V1 by his shirt, causing him to fall. V1 was uncooperative and rude, however, he was not injured. D1 was arrested and transported to the jail.
V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and have two children in common. On this date, they were in an argument. D1 tried to snatch the phone from V1 and a struggle ensued. No one was injured, and D1 was arrested and charged with Battery. He was transported to the jail.

V-1 and S-1 had a verbal argument which turned physical when S-1 shoved V-1. S-1 fled the residence on a motorcycle at high speeds, as deputies arrived on scene, S1 was not able to be located. V-1 and S-1 have a child in common and an affidavit for S-1 was completed. Case Status: Active- Pass along affidavit
V1 and D1 live together and have children in common. On this date, they were involved in a physical fight when D1 grabbed V1 by his hair. V1 was uninjured. D1 was arrested and transported to the jail without incident.

V-1 advised someone drove into his mailbox and also behind his residence into his pool enclosure. V-1 believes it was caused by someone known to him but does not have any physical evidence to prove it. V-1 stated the damaged property would cost approximately $2,000. to repair. Deputies are attempting to make contact with S-1. Case Status: Active
V-1 and V-2 advised they were in a verbal argument which turned physical with D-1. V-1 and V-2 stated they resided together as a family unit with D-1. D-1 fled the scene, but deputies were able to make contact with her later. D-1 was arrested for domestic violence simple battery and later transported to Volusia County Branch Jail.
V1 and D1 (lived together as a family) got into a verbal dispute and D1 pushed V1 against his will. Neither party was injured, D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ.
V-1 advised a verbal agreement between O-1 and D-1 turned physical. V-1 broke up the physical altercation, but was battered by D-1. Both O-1 and D-1 walked away from the residence after the incident. Deputies located D-1, but were not able to locate O-1. There was a protection order to be served on O-1, and D-1 was the protected party. D-1 was arrested for domestic violence simple battery and transported to Deltona Halifax hospital to be medically cleared prior to being transported to Volusia County Branch Jail.

Neighbors were arguing over a neighborhood dispute when D1 grabbed V1's phone from her hand and threw it to the ground, breaking it. V1 wished to pursue charging. D1 was arrested.
V1 was disciplining S1, a juvenile, when he retaliated by trying to hit his mother and had to be restrained by the stepfather. S1 was not arrested due to him being with his father, who lives in Orlando, to stay overnight. A charging affidavit for assault was completed and placed into the pass-on book.

V-1 advised he met a female at the Ale House in Orlando at Florida Mall. V-1 stated after a few drinks he brought the female back to his residence for some more drinks at approximately 2300 hours. V-1 advised he passed out and woke up around 0200 hours at which time he noticed the female was gone, along with his cell phone and 2006 Nissan Titan bearing Florida tag 635NXW. V-1 is checking for serial numbers for his cell phone along with a .22 caliber pistol which was inside the stolen vehicle. An attempt to contact was sent to Orange County Sheriff's Office, but no response was returned at time of this entry.

V-1's residence backs up into D-1's residence. V-1 resides in her residence with her son V-2. V-1 and D-1 have been having ongoing disputes. D-1 advised on this date she went to V-1's residence and a verbal altercation took place by the front door. V-1 attempted to avoid D-1 and attempted to close the door. D-1 placed her foot in the door and entered the residence. D-1 struck V-1. V-2 in fear for her mother's safety attempted to remove D-1. As a result of V-2's action, they were observed by D-2, D-3, D-4 and D-5 as they entered the residence and battered V-2. Deputies arrived on scene as all subject attempted to leave the residence. After several interviews it was determined D-1 , D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5 had no right to enter V-1's residence or touch them against their will. V-1 was not injured but requested to be transported to the hospital for further evaluation. D-1 , D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5 were all placed under arrest for Burglary with Battery. D-4 had an additional charge of Possession of Cannabis under 20 grams and Resisting arrest without violence. D-3, D-4 and D-5 were transported to DJJ. D-1 and D-2 were transported to VCBJ. ***CBA***
D-1 was in a verbal altercation with his live in girlfriend, V-1 over a garage door opener. During the altercation it turned physical when D-1 struck V-1 in the head with a closed fist. V-1 had redness on her right ear consistent with being struck. D-1 was taken into custody for DV Simple Battery. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. ***CBA***
Deltona CST assisted the USMS Task Force with the apprehension of Randy Hutchinson in New Smyrna Beach for a warrant out of North Carolina in reference to Violation of Parole in reference to Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors (Case Number 180021951).
Deltona CST concentrated on proactive enforcement in 42 and 43 zone.

Deputies responded to the area of Howland Blvd & Graves Avenue in reference to a stolen vehicle sighting. Narcotics Detectives were able to get eyes on the vehicle at the RaceTrac while D1 pumped gas. Detectives attempted to keep eyes on the vehicle as it departed west on Howland Blvd. Sergeant Kraker was able to get behind the vehicle as it was traveling west and attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The vehicle fled where three (3) black females bailed at 3014 Woodland Blvd, DeLand. Deputies made contact with the three (3) females and took them in to custody. All three (3) were arrested on various charges reference Aggravated Flee/Elude, Grand Theft Auto, Resisting w/o Violence, Possession of Heroin and open warrant on D1. Case CBA Arrest/Adult/Juvenile
V1 & D1 are father and son who live together as a family. V1 and D1 got in a verbal argument over household issues and V1 not pulling his weight at home. The incident became physical when D1 grabbed V1 and D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor. Case CBA Arrest/Adult.

Deputies responded to the area of south SR 415 and the county line in reference to a stolen vehicle that fled from Seminole County. Deputy Cobb located the vehicle west on Doyle Road from SR 415 and attempted to keep eyes on the vehicle while Air1 and additional Deputies arrived. D1 eventually saw Deputy Cobb and began to flee, turning north on Courtland Blvd and out of Deputy Cobb's sight as he did not pursue. The vehicle was later located by Deputy Cobb on Roland Drive near Wilburton Drive and it was unoccupied. Sgt. Kraker was BOLO'ing and located D1 & O1 walking down Shallowford Drive. The two (2) were positively identified as the occupants of the stolen vehicle. Sgt. Kraker located the key to the Mustang in D1's left front pocket. D1 also provided a false name to Deputies, was on probation and was found to have four (4) open warrants out of Seminole County. Carla Quann was made aware and D4/D6 CID responded to interview them for possible ties to their cases.

V1 and D1 were in an argument when D1 choked and battered V1. During the investigation process over the course of the day, due to V1 not being available, it was determined that D1 also intimidated V1 into not cooperating further with the VCSO. D1 obstructed the investigation by not providing her location, which was in the residence. Upon contact, Deputies observed injuries consistent with domestic violence. Even though V1 was not cooperative, D1 was arrested on felony battery, DV strangulation, battery w/ bodily harm, witness tampering and resisting arrest.
D1 pushed V1, who he knew was pregnant, down during an argument. V1 later felt pain in her abdomen and called EVAC. V1 was transported to CFR and during the intake process revealed the nature of her injury. Deputy Agosto responded and obtained her statement and probable cause to arrest D1 for aggravated battery. D1 was later located at his place of employment and arrested.
V1 verbally provoked D1 and he restrained and grabbed V1 by the arm during a physical altercation. No injuries reported or observed. D1 was arrested for battery DV. V1 and D1 are male family members related by blood.
V1 and D1 were in an argument in the Publix parking lot when D1 attacked her, punching her in the face. V1 escaped the vehicle and went to the RaceTrac to call law enforcement. Deputy Chrisley observed injuries consistent with V1's account and an affidavit was completed since D1 left the scene. Later in the shift, D1 was located at Florida Hospital having staples repaired to a surgical incision that he tore open when attacking V1. D1 was arrested for Felony Battery due a previous battery conviction.

V1 told her father, R1, that her stepfather, O1, had touched her inappropriately several times. R1 reported this incident and contact was made with O1 and O2 at the residence where V1 lives. O2, V1's mother, said V1 had had issues lately where she wants to go live with her father. The watch commander was contacted, along with on-call CID. CID responded and assumed the investigation. DCF was notified as well and responded. A copy of the report will be forwarded to CEU and Director Quann.
V1 stated on 09/10/2018 at 0930 hours, she called a company to have a tech come and inspect her home. V1 stated three males were at her house for approximately 3 hours walking around and "inspecting." Lillie stated prior to them arriving at her home, she had taken off her wedding band and her diamond ring and placed them in her dresser drawer. Lillie stated on 09/16/2018 she went to put her rings back on and noticed they were gone. V1 stated the three males were the only males in her home and believes they could have taken them. V1 stated she wanted a report generated so she could report it to her homeowners insurance. Case active to Deputy Leon.
Deputies responded to this location for a reported armed robbery. The clerk advised a male, approximately 5' 9" tall, wearing a bag over his head, came in the store armed with a black handgun and demanded money. The clerk provided him with a small amount of cash and the suspect fled west behind the store on foot. K9 and Air One responded and the search for the suspect is underway. The watch commander, Lt. Day, responded to the scene. CID was also notified and responded. The case is active at this time.

V1 reported he received a phone call a couple of weeks ago from an unknown number. The caller advised she was selling coffee for which he paid $250.00 via Western Union with a tracking number but V1 never received the coffee. According to Western Union, the money was collected by a person in Jamaica. Due to the limited information and S1 being out of the country, case is inactive.
V1 reported he saw an ad on Instagram and spoke to a subject via messages who told him if he sent money, he would in return be given $1,800.00. After V1 sent $500.00, he began speaking with the subject via telephone and email belonging to another person who told him the money would take a few days and V1 saw a pending transfer to his account in the amount of $1,800.00. The following day, V1 checked his account to see that he was in the negative. Case is active.

R1 is a realtor for V1. R1 reported the burglary but was unable to provide serial numbers. Case active to Deputy Edwards.
V1 and D1 were in an argument when the couple's dog nipped at V1's feet. He pushed the dog away and D1 became enraged then started scratching and slapping V1. V1 retreated to a bedroom where he waited for law enforcement. D1 was arrested for Battery. No injuries that required medical attention.
V1 and D1 are boyfriend and girlfriend who live together as a family. V1 and D1 were arguing when D1 prevented V1 from moving about freely and to leave their bedroom. D1 eventually pushed V1 down when she attempted to leave. D1 was arrested for false imprisonment and battery. V1 had a visible injury that did not require medical attention.
V1 and D1 are ex- boyfriend-girlfriend with a child in common. They are going through a custody battle with their child. D1 has been harassing V1 to the point that she has shut off her phone, but D1 came to her workplace. V1 also stated that D1 has made comments about burying her and her new boyfriend, V1 was in fear of D1's actions escalating to committing violence. D1 was located and arrested for aggravated stalking.

V-1 advised a verbal argument became physical with S-1. V-1 stated she and S-1 have dated and resided together for the last seven months as a family unit. V-1 advised S-1 threw a glass jar at her, causing it to shatter against her leg. S-1 fled the area prior to deputies' arrival and deputies were unable to locate S-1. A passalong affidavit was forwarded to oncoming shifts to attempt to locate S-1. Case Status: Active

R1 is a realtor and called to report burglaries. R1 arrived at 490 Haversham Road and noticed the front door was ajar and upon entering all the appliances were pushed near the front door. Finding this odd, R1 walked next door to 486 Haversham Road and found the front door ajar as well. At this property all the appliances were missing. No signs of forced entry and both key lock boxes were gone. Houses were last seen intact with all appliances on Friday, 9/14 around 0800 hours. V1 owns both properties and both are new homes with no tenants. Case active to Deputy Galarza.
S1 and D1 are mother and daughter who live together in the same residence. A verbal ensued over the way D1 was living and how she doesn't clean the house. S1 slapped D1 due to the way she was talking to her mother. S1 stated she was going to call the police after she slapped D1. D1 became enraged and jumped on S1 and prevented her from calling 9-1-1. D1 also caused bruising to S1 during the struggle. D1 was arrested for Battery Victim over 65 and transported to the Branch Jail. Due to S1's age, medical condition and the fact she is currently being treated by a physician for a terminal illness, deputies did not physically arrest S1 but filed an affidavit with the State Attorney's Office for Battery (DV). V1 & D1 shared an intimate relationship and lived together as a family prior to V1 attempting to get away from D1. V1 has attempted to conceal her location from D1 and is working with the Victim's Advocate for shelter. V1 has been battered in the past and in this incident as well. D1 grabbed V1 after she refused to kiss him and attempted to bring her to the vehicle. D1 was charged and arrested on Felony Battery (2nd Offense) and Stalking both with DV designators. Deputy Vanzo and Deputy Sawicki conducted bicycle operations in 42/43 zones focusing on suspicious vehicles and persons. Deputies rode around side streets and through parks providing a visible presence. Several positive contacts were received.
V1 reported his roof rack and light bar were removed from his vehicle at some point overnight. Case active to Deputy McIntosh.
V1 advised he arrived home around 0300 hours and parked his vehicle in the driveway. At approximately 1000 hours, V1 noticed his driver's side door ajar and papers from the glove box strewn about the interior of the vehicle. Items missing are two (2) baseball caps and a USB charger. V1 and S1 who live together in Orlando as a family were in Deltona at a Barber Shop when a concerned citizen observed a physical altercation between them. Upon contact, S1 had already left the scene but contact was made with V1. V1 advised that S1 and himself were in an argument when he attempted to make up by kissing S1, S1 slapped him in response. Slight injury was observed to V1. S1 was contacted by PX and she was not cooperative and hung up during contact. Due to S1 not providing a statement to incident. Deputies were unable to determine the exact sequence of events but due to V1 having injury a complaint affidavit was completed and forwarded to the State Attorney's Office for review.
Deputy Vanzo conducted bicycle operations from 1200-1400 hours in 43 zone focusing on the parks and high crime areas where recent burglaries have occurred. Deputy Vanzo rode the dirt walking/riding trails at Dewey Boster and monitored the parking areas for any suspicious activity. Deputy Vanzo had several positive contacts through out his travels and addressed a few traffic complaints as well. Deputy Vanzo was well received by the large crowd at Dewey Boster Park there to enjoy the Saturday afternoon of sports activities. No issues identified.

RP called in to report a car break. Due to call volume, a THC was conducted and the RP advised she would call back at a later time as she needed to leave with her daughter. The RP did not drive the vehicle that was burglarized. She believes the vehicle was locked but no signs of forced entry and nothing appeared to have been taken. At the time of this entry, she had not called back in yet.
It should be noted, a suspicious person call came out at 0335 hours in the area of 381 Kettering Drive, Deltona. This is right around the corner from these car breaks and intersects with Gaynor Court. A female subject is seen on video surveillance trying door handles. V-2 stood by the front and was pushed by D-1 and D-2 in order for then to exit the store. V-1 fell to the ground. Air One, K-9 and additional Deputies responded to the area. A perimeter was established and surveillance footage photo was disseminated. D-1 was identified as a possible suspect based on surveillance footage. Deputies responded to D-1's residence. D-1 and D-2 were located. A show up was conducted and V-1 identified D-1 and D-2 as the suspects who battered her. D-1 and D-2 were placed under arrest for Robbery and Battery. V1 and S1 have been involved intimately but have recently split up. V1 and S1 were involved in a verbal altercation over how S1 treats V1 when S1 became physical. S1 struck V1 several times and even choked her almost to the point of fainting. Once V1 was made aware of the charges she became uncooperative. Felony Battery and Battery/Strangulation both with Dating Violence. Charging Affidavit was completed on S1 and at the time of this entry he has not been located. Several addresses and possible known locations for S1 were checked with negative results. Affidavit will be passed on to night shift.

Stolen vehicle out of Seminole County was picked up by LPR and a BOLO was sent. Deputies located the vehicle on Saxon Blvd. as it began to enter the East I-4 on-ramp, at which time a stop was conducted. Both D1 (Driver) and O1 (Front-passenger) were secured. The investigation revealed D1 had rented the vehicle and failed to return it despite being notified that the vehicle would be entered as stolen. D1 was additionally found in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. He was charged accordingly and transported to VCBJ. O1 was found to have no involvement in the theft and was released at the scene. The vehicle was towed by C&S Towing.

Upon reviewing the video, he observed a male enter the grocery entrance with a shopping cart and proceed to the toy department. After loading a cart full of Legos, the male opened the fire exit door and pushed the cart outside passing all points of sale failing to purchase the items he collected. Case is active.

The male denied taking it and offered $5, asking that she not call his company. O1 stated when he opened his wallet, she noticed what she believed was the stolen bill. During the investigation, deputies learned V1 suffered from chronic health issues. V1's primary care doctor agreed to sign the death certificate. There were no suspicious circumstances.
R1 reported she went to bed around 2330 hours last night after watching a movie with her husband V1. R1 advised when she woke she found V1 deceased. During the investigation, deputies learned V1 suffered from cardiac complications and other medical conditions. V1 had no primary care doctor so the Medical Examiner's Office was contacted and took jurisdiction. There were no suspicious circumstances.

Deputies conducted a curfew check at S-1's residence. S-1 was determined not to be home in violation of his probation. An SA-707 was completed charging S-1 with VOP. Director Quann was notified. The SA-707 was placed in District Four Pass On Binder. The whereabouts of S-1 are unknown.

D1 and V1 are co-habitants in the same residence who reside as a family unit. D1 battered V1 by striking her in the face causing her to suffer a contusion / redness to the left side of her face. D1 also placed his hands around V1's throat. V1 tried to leave at which point D1 grabbed V1 by the hair and dragged her back into the residence. The victim suffered numerous injuries and refused medical treatment. D1 was arrested for Felony Battery by Strangulation, False Imprisonment and Felony Battery 2nd offense. Case CBA Arrest/Adult

Upon opening the park this morning, R1 noticed the front gate was knocked off the hinges with a large dent in the center, approximately the width of a car bumper. It appeared unknown subject(s) intentionally drove a vehicle through the closed gate and did a "burn out" in the parking lot, then fled the scene undetected. R1 estimated the damage to be approximately $50- 100. Case active Deputy McCabe.
D1 threatened to shoot V1 during an argument. No injuries. ***CBA***
V1 reported that she went into her jewelry box to get her wedding ring and was unable to find it. V1 then noticed her jewelry box lock was broken. Case active to Deputy Chrisley.
V1 stated she left her lawn mower unattended in the driveway after mowing her front yard and upon her return, approximately an hour later, discovered it was missing. V1 stated the lawn mower was worth approximately $150. Case active Deputy Ray.
R1 reported that her son, who mows the neighbor's yard in exchange for the mower, left his lawn mower outside on the side of the house behind the AC unit overnight and discovered it was missing this morning. The mower is worth $150. Case active to Deputy Richardson.

V1 called law enforcement to advise he was approached by D1 & D2. V1 claims D1 pressed something into his back and said to hand over his bag or he would shoot him. V1 refused to turn over the bag so D1 & D2 departed the area. Sergeant Kraker located D1 & D2 moments later in the area and they were found to have narcotics and burglary tools in their possession. No firearm was located, however D2 admitted to Deputies they committed the robbery using a small pry bar. D2 was also found to have trafficking amounts of Heroin. Case cleared by arrest/Adult x2

V-1 and V-2 were inside their residence when they heard a noise coming from their back sun room. V-1 did not have his glasses on and observed S-1 running away from the residence. V-1 observed a glass storm door was shattered. S-1 had attempted to gain entry into the sun room by forcibly pulling on the door, but met with negative results. S1 could not be located. V-1 called law enforcement after observing two male subjects S-1 and S-2 inside her residence. Deputies, K-9 and Air One responded to the area. Forced entry was observed. No one was located inside the residence. Several items were stolen. Case active to Deputy Ray.
V1 reported that D1 was preventing her from leaving the house since the day before. V1 and D1 have lived together for the past 2 years as boyfriend/girlfriend. It was determined that D1 also committed simple DV battery on V1. D1 was charged with DV battery, false imprisonment, and depriving V1 of the use of 911. D1 was transported to VCBJ without incident.

V-1 contacted the Sheriff's Office in reference to 3 males (unknown descriptive information) gaining forced entry into her residence. V-1's hands were tied with duct tape; V-1 was able to break free and fled the residence. V-1 advised suspects were still inside the residence. V-1 advised one suspect was armed with a handgun. Deputies, K-9, Air One responded to the area, but were unable to locate any suspects. District Four CID and Crime Scene responded to the scene. Scene was turned over to Det. Morris.
V1 parked his vehicle adjacent to the gang mailboxes located on Haversham Rd. As V1 was exiting his vehicle, he was approached by an unknown male S1 who demanded money from V1. V1 complied and took money from his wallet to hand to S1. While handing S1 the cash, S1 slashed V1 on the left arm, causing a severe laceration. S1 then entered the suspect vehicle and fled south on Haversham Rd. V1 contacted VCSO immediately to report the robbery. Deputies, K9, Air 1 all responded to the area with negative results. CID was notified of the incident and responded to the scene. The case was turned over to DDU

Deputies responded to the 107 EB I4 for a reported traffic crash with injuries. A motorcyclist struck a car and was ejected from his motorcycle, then was subsequently struck by several passing motorists. The motorcyclist was obviously deceased at the scene. FHP responded and assumed the investigation. The interstate will be closed eastbound from the 104 to 108 mile markers for several hours.

V1 contacted VCSO in reference to the theft of his personal checks. V1 was contacted by his bank advising S1 was attempting to cash one of his checks in Casselberry. S1 was not successful and V1 cancelled his account. V1 reported the incident to Casselberry and had a report generated. V1 was instructed to complete a report locally as well. D-1 was in a verbal altercation with the father of her child, V-1. During the verbal altercation, D-1 picked up a brick and threw it at V-1. The brick did not strike V-1. D-1 was taken into custody for Aggravated Assault. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet.

V-1 left her vehicle unlocked overnight. V-1's vehicle was burglarized and U.S. currency, along with prescription pills, was stolen. As a result of an arrest in case 18-20694, information was obtained in reference to D-1 having committed several car breaks in Deltona and being a suspect in this case. D-1 was located and taken into custody. District Four CID was notified. D-1 was transported to District Four Office for an interview by CID. D-1 was charged with Burglary and Grand Theft.

V-1 advised there was a disturbance over a dog with S-1. V-1 stated she blocked the doorway so S-1 could not leave the residence with the dog, at the request of V-2. V-1 and V-2 were advised the ownership of the pet was civil in nature between the three roommates. V-1 and V-2 then advised they were battered by S-1 and wished to pursue charges against S-1. There were no visible signs of injury on either V-1 or V-2. Deputies completed a charging affidavit on S-1 and forwarded to State Attorney for charges of simple battery involving V-1, and battery on person 65 years of age or older involving V-2. V-1 advised upon return from vacation, he discovered his front door was locked but not the deadbolt. V-1 stated he secured the deadbolt prior to leaving on vacation. V-1 advised he discovered multiple items stolen valued at approximately $1,860. from within the residence. The door frame to his bedroom was broken, because he locks his bedroom door. Deputies will follow up during normal hours. Case Status: Active
V-1 advised a verbal altercation turned physical with D-1; both reside together as a family unit. D-1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and arrested for DV simple battery. D-1 was transported to VCBJ.
V-1 reported he and his live-in girlfriend (D-1) got into an altercation. She began packing some of her belongings and arguing over what she could take. D-1 became angry and slapped V-1 and hit him with a "Love" sign that she had just removed from the wall. V-1 had redness and swelling as a result. D-1 was arrested and transported to the Volusia County Branch jail.

District Four Deputies responded to a report of a pedestrian accident involving a juvenile. The juvenile had exited her school bus and ran across DeBary Ave., then was struck by a car traveling in the opposite direction. The juvenile was transported to CFR for unknown but non-life threatening injuries. Turned over to FHP.

R1, reported his juvenile son, V1, missing. R1 reported that he last observed his son on 09-01-18, at approximately 1100 hours. R1 advised that V1 does this a lot, so he did not report him missing right away. Deputy Medina attempted to locate V1 at possible locations with negative results. V1 attends Deltona High School. SRD was notified along with Director Quann.
Investigation ongoing at this time. D1 and V1 were in an argument in front of the residence and V1 was shot in the leg. Appears to be non-life threatening injury; she was transported to CFR for treatment. D1 fled the scene but was located a short distance away near the Lowes in Deltona by Deputy Teske. A felony stop executed soon after and D1 was detained, along with others in the vehicle that had been at the residence. An AR15 was observed in the vehicle, which was described as the weapon used. Case was turned over to the Deltona Detective Unit.
