V-1 advised on 01-15-2018, at approximately 1400 hours a package was dropped off at his front door which contained a garage battery valued at $30.00. V-1 walked to the front door and observed the package had been stolen. Case active to Deputy.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with V-1. V-1 advised her live-in boyfriend, D-1, had battered her during a verbal argument and was hiding in a bedroom closet. V-1 advised D-1 slapped her in the face. When V-1 called the sheriff's office, D-1 smashed her phone on the ground. Deputies made contact with D-1 hiding in the closet. D-1 advised the argument was only verbal. Upon completion of the investigation, D-1 was placed under arrest and was transported to the branch jail without incident. V-1 did not wish to pursue charges.

V-1 advised sometime during the night, his vehicle, which was parked down by the roadway, had been involved in a hit and run accident. V-1 advised the bumper of his car was missing, along with his Florida tag (Fl. IWUF40). The tag was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen. An area canvass produced negative results. V-1 advised sometime between 01/13/18 @ 2000 hours and 01/14/18 @ 1030 hours, an unknown person(s) stole the passenger side view mirror to his vehicle. V-1 also discovered a crack in the vehicles windshield and believes it occurred during the incident. An area canvass produced negative results.

Deputies responded to a burglary in progress call came out for 874 E. Fairbairn Drive, Deltona. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with V-1 who advised an unknown male approached her inside her garage. The male was told by the V-1 to leave, but he moved his way past her and entered the residence. The subject locked the door to the residence behind him as he entered the residence. Deputies made contact with subject inside the residence, whom had barricaded himself in the bathroom. The subject opened the door for deputies and was secured without further incident. The subject had a knife inside the bathroom with him. V-1 is being charged with armed burglary of an occupied dwelling and criminal mischief. An earlier call was dispatched in the area for a suspicious person who advised someone was trying to kill him. The reporting party advised when they told the subject they would call 911 for him, he fled on foot from the area. It was determined D-1 was the same subject in both calls. D-1 complained of breathing difficulties and was transported by EVAC to Halifax Hospital Daytona Beach. D-1 would be transported to Volusia County Branch Jail after being medically cleared.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a retail theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with the store manager, R-1. R-1 advised on 01/12/18 @ 1905 hours, he was called to the liquor section of the store in reference to a theft. R-1 was advised that an unknown suspect stole two bottles of Grey Goose Vodka ($120.00). The suspect fled the scene. This case is active to Deputy B. Galarza.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a suicidal/missing person. Upon arrival, contact was made with R-1. R-1 advised she last saw her mother, V-1, at 1200 hours this date. R-1 advised she left the house for two hours and returned home at 1400 hours. Upon arriving back at her house, R-1 found V-1 to be gone, along with a note indicating she, V-1, no longer wished to live. R-1 advised V-1 has attempted suicide in the past by cutting herself. R-1 advised V-1 is prescribed depression medication which she refuses to take. Deputies issued a county wide BOLO, as well as began to track (Ping) V-1's phone. The result of the "Ping" indicated that V-1 was traveling in and around the Altamonte Springs area. R-1 advised V-1 currently works at the Altamonte Mall and was scheduled to work this evening. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office was notified and searched the area in question but to no avail. V-1 was entered into NCIC/FCIC as Disabled/Suicidal. As of this entry, V-1 has not been located

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, contact was made with R-1. R-1 advised sometime between 01/12/18 @ 2300 hours and 01/13/18 @ 0800 hours, his daughter, V-1, left the home. R-1 advised V-1 is a habitual runaway and is in good physical condition. Deputies searched the area for V-1 but to no avail. V-1 was entered into NCIC/FCIC as missing. R-1 was advised to contact the sheriff's office should he locate V-1. No foul play suspected. Case active to Deputy McGinnis.
V-1 came to the District IV office to report a sexual battery which occurred on 01/13/18 between the hours of 0100 and 0330. V-1 advised a known suspect sexually battered her. Based on the allegations made by V-1, the on call detective was notified, and shortly after, responded to the district office. The case was then turned over to Detective Morris. The Watch Commander was notified of the incident.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with D-1 and her daughter, V-1. Upon speaking with D-1, her story continued to change multiple times. Deputies then spoke with V-1 who advised her mother pulled her by the hair and punched her in the head while in the middle of a verbal argument. Upon completion of the investigation, D-1 was placed under arrest and was transported to the branch jail without incident.

V-1 advised that sometime between 01/06/18 and 1/11/18, an unknown person(s) entered her backyard and stole two bicycles (gray custom speed cruiser and a red Kent Del Rio bicycle with white tires). V-1 was unable to provide any serial numbers on the stolen bicycles. An area canvass was conducted but with negative results. Case is active to Deputy Erlandson.

D-1 is roommates with V-1, W-1 and W-2. D-1 was in a verbal altercation with V-1 over the water bill. During the verbal altercation D-1 pulled out a firearm and pointed it at V-1. V-1 was in fear for her safety and called for help. Contact was made with W-1 and W-2 who confirmed hearing the altercation and the sound of a firearm being loaded. Contact was made with D-1 who confirmed taking out a firearm during altercation. The firearm was located and placed into evidence. D-1 was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault with a firearm.

Deputy Ferrari responded to Osteen regarding an aggravated assault that occurred earlier that morning. Contact was made with V1, who stated D1 threw a car radio and a large sheet of plywood at her. V1 stated that had she not moved out of the way, the wood would have struck her. V1 stated that she and D1, who are married but are getting divorced, have a long history of domestic violence. D1 was not on scene at the time of the report. At 0056 hours on 01-12-2018, deputies responded to the residence shared by D1 and V1, located D1, and arrested him for aggravated assault DV without incident. D1 was transported to VCBJ.

S-1 and V-1 are husband and wife and reside in the same residence. S-1 was in a verbal altercation with V-1 that turned physical when S-1 placed his hands around V-1's neck, causing several abrasions. V-1 advised her airway was not blocked during the altercation. S-1 fled the area prior to deputies' arrival. V-1 refused rescue. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet.

V-1 advised a 26-inch boy's Giant Revel bicycle with a black frame and orange lettering was stolen from his driveway at approximately 1645 hours. V-1 was unable to provide a serial number for the stolen bicycle. Case active to Deputy for further follow-up.

V-1 allowed S-1 to stay at his residence. V-1 advised S-1 asked him for the keys to his vehicle so she could retrieve her driver's license. V-1 handed S-1 the keys to his vehicle while he went back to bed. V-1 later noticed S-1 had left the residence. V-1 checked his vehicle and noticed his semiautomatic pistol had been stolen. V-1 advised no one else had access to the vehicle. Case active to Deputy for follow-up.

On this date, Central dispatch received a 911 call from this residence with a small child on the phone. The child said D-1 had left the children alone and left the residence. Deputy Santana was on scene for over two hours outside the residence when D-1 returned and it was discovered she had left all three children home alone, without adult supervision or care. D-1 said she had just run to Walgreens. The investigation revealed D-1 was supposed to be watching the children while the parents worked. D-1 was arrested for Child Neglect, 3 counts, and the parents were contacted, who responded to the scene and took custody of the kids. DCF was notified of this incident.

Deputies responded to Deltona, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with (V1), who advised she got into a physical altercation with her boyfriend (D1). During the investigation, it was determined D1 was the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest for simple battery. D1 was transported to the Branch Jail without incident.

Deputies responded to 2170 Howland Blvd, Deltona, FL, in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival, Deputy Cross made contact with Michael Roberson (R1), who advised a white male subject wearing a camouflage jacket, who was later identified as Bradley S Michels (D1), removed 4 solid bare copper wire valued at $170.00) from the shelf. Roberson advised Michels placed the wire under his jacket and left the store walking toward a white pickup truck. Roberson approached Michels and he dropped the copper wire and walked away from the scene. During the investigation, it was determined Michels stole the copper wire, was placed under arrest and transported to the branch jail for booking without incident.
V1 reported a firearm, along with multiple items of jewelry, missing from her home.

Deputy Vanzo responded to 2725 Newmark Dr, Deltona, in reference to a car break. Upon arrival, Deputy Vanzo made contact with Ariel Sanchez (V1), who advised between 01/10/2018, 2030 hours and 01/11/2018, 0500 hours, he locked his vehicle with the key fob. Sanchez (V1) stated $500 in cash and a 24'' gold necklace (valued at $1,500)
were removed from the center console. This case is still active to Deputy Vanzo for additional follow-ups.

V-1 and D-1 are boyfriend and girlfriend and have never resided together. D-1 responded to V-1's residence and pushed him onto the bed. D-1 was attempting to engage in sexual activity with V-1 due to them breaking up. V-1 refused and D-1 slapped V-1. D-1 was taken into custody for Simple Battery Dating Violence. V-1 refused rescue and was provided with a DV pamphlet.
V-1 resides at the Unity Group Home. V-1 went to school at 0700 hours on 01-10-2017. At 1545 hours, V-1 did not return home. V-1 is in good health. A bolo and bulletin were completed and a copy of this report was forwarded to Director Quann.

V-1 resides at the Unity Group Home. V-1 went to school at 0700 hours on 01-10-2017. At 1545 hours, V-1 did not return home from school. V-1 is in good health. Deputy Cross responded to 2476 Dumas Dr, Deltona, FL, in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Deputy Cross made contact with Melissa A Sari (R1) who advised between 01/02/2018 and 01/09/2018, unknown persons entered the residence and removed a stainless steel stove from the kitchen. Sari stated all doors to the residence were secured with no signs of forced entry. This case is still active.
At approximately 0029 hours, a suspect entered the store, put a 50" TV and a sound bar in a shopping cart and left the store without paying. Both the TV and sound bar were entered as stolen.

Deputy Hammond responded to 1667 Providence Blvd, Deltona, FL, in reference to a car break. Upon arrival, Deputy Hammond made contact with Douglas D Fields (V1) who advised on 01/09/2018, he left his trailer secured with a lock on the door. Fields advised on 01/10/2018, at approximately 0858 hours, he arrived and discovered the lock was cut from the trailer door and the following items missing from inside: Dewalt Impact drivers with batteries, Dewalt hammer drill, Dewalt Sawzall, Dewalt Circular saw, Dewalt hand light, Dewalt drill, Milwaukee band saw, Dewalt 18v chargers, Dewalt 18v chargers, Dewalt 20v chargers, Dewalt 20v chargers, Milwaukee 12v charger. The trailer was processed for latent prints which yielded negative results. A neighborhood canvass check revealed no video surveillance in the area. This case is still active.

Upon arrival, Deputy Hammond made contact with Rachael Corradini (V1) who advised between 01/09/2018 at approximately 2000 hours, she left her vehicle unlocked in the driveway of her residence. Corradini stated on 01/10/2018, at approximately 0650 hours, she discovered her vehicle was rummaged through and her wallet was missing from inside. No video surveillance was discovered during the neighborhood canvass. Due to the rainy weather, Deputy Hammond was unable to process the vehicle at that time. This case is still active to Deputy Hammond for follow-up investigations.

R-1 was concerned for the well-being of V-1, and requested the assistance of law enforcement. V-1 was entered into teletype as a missing and possibly endangered person. Tomoka Correctional Institution sent a bloodhound K9 team; however, they were not able to locate V-1. She remains missing as of this writing. The case is active.

V-1 has an injunction for protection against DV on S-1, which stipulates they may meet at D4 for child exchange however, he may not be within 500 feet of V-1's residence. After child exchange, S-1 drove past V-1's residence and yelled something about not bringing the child's clothes with them (she just received the children during this exchange). All attempts to locate S-1 for subsequent arrest were met with negative results. A copy of the affidavit was placed in the pass-on affidavit folder for oncoming shifts.

V-1 also provided hundreds of text messages varying from "call me" to "how are you doing" over the course of one month. D-1 was located and arrested.

Deputies responded to a home in Deltona in reference to CPR being performed on a 29-year-old female (O1). It was determined O-1 was possibly a drug overdose victim, and was unresponsive. Life-saving measures were employed by Fire Rescue and EVAC personnel, and O-1 was transported to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City for treatment. As of this writing, O-1 was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. O-1's 2-year-old child was also at the residence, and the only person there to care for him was an 18-year-old family member. The Department of Children & Families was contacted and requested to respond as an emergency response. A DCF employee arrived on scene and assumed custody of the child. The watch commander, Lt. Bainbridge, was notified of this incident.

Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a suspicious incident. Upon arrival, contact was made with V-1. V-1 advised on this date, at approximately 2300 hours, she was sitting on her couch watching television. V-1 then heard glass shatter, at which time observed a wrench come through her front window. V-1 advised she was not injured during the incident. V-1 then spoke with her son, O-1, who was outside of the home at the time and came running in upon hearing the glass break. O-1 advised he did not witness the incident. The wrench was checked for latent prints, but with negative results, and was later placed into evidence. An area canvass was conducted but to no avail. Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival, contact was made with the store clerk, R-1. R-1 advised D-1 tried to conceal two cans of beer in his pants without paying. Deputies then spoke with D-1, who advised he had no way to pay for the items. Upon completion of the investigation, D-1 was placed under arrest and was transported to the branch jail without incident.

R-1 advised V-1 left FUMCH with some belongings and a camouflage jacket. R-1 stated V-1 does not suffer from any medical conditions and is not endangered. A BOLO was issued and V-1 was entered into FCIC/NCIC as missing.

Deputies responded to the area above, reference to unknown male(s) pounding on R-1's front door and walking around her residence. R-1 advised she heard her vehicle door shut during the same time. Deputies located D-1 standing in the front yard of 1430 Covewood Avenue, after W-1 advised there was an unknown male walking around her residence. R-1 thought there was two subjects, but was later discovered another neighbor confronted D-1 as he was standing in his front yard. D-1 advised he was looking for a lighter and was staying with a friend in the area. D-1 was unable to provide deputies with an exact location of his friends. D-1 was arrested for loitering / prowling and transported to Volusia County Branch Jail.

On 01-03-18, at approximately 1408 hours, Deputies were dispatched and responded to Dewey O. Booster Park in reference to a car doing donuts on the soccer field causing approximately $500 in damage. Vehicle was gone on arrival.
An investigation reveal the vehicle belonged to S1. Upon phone contact S1 denied he did it, saying someone else had his car. S1 would not provide the person's name. Detective Pullin advised he would investigate the case further.

Deputies responded to Deltona in reference to a physical fight between a male and female. Contact was made with V1, who stated she was walking to a residence in the area and she was attacked by the father of her three children. V1 advised that she and S1 have had several domestic issues recently, and they are currently homeless. S1 currently has custody of the three children and V1 was seeking separate living arrangements. S1 was driving his white Lexus, saw V1 at the incident location, jumped out of the vehicle and battered V1 in the street. W1 witnessed the incident and called the VCSO. S1 fled the scene in his vehicle with the minor children. Deputies canvassed the area for S1 with negative results. A 707 pass-on affidavit for simple battery DV was completed by Deputy Lococo for the oncoming shift to serve if in contact. An agency BOLO was issued.

Deputies responded to 630 Hobson Ter. regarding a physical fight. Contact was made with D1, who stated V1 tried to force his way into the house to retrieve items. During that time a physical altercation took place. Contact was made with V1 who stated he was attempting to enter his house and was attacked by D1. The investigation revealed that all parties involved live together as a family and D1 was the primary aggressor. D1 was arrested for DV battery by strangulation.

Deputy Moser responded to 122 Hummingbird St #B in reference to a theft of money. Contact was made with V1, who stated someone stole $700.00 in cash from her purse and fled the area. V1 advised the cash was for her rent, and was taken from her purse. No signs of forced entry were observed at the residence, Case is active to Deputy Moser.
