V1 and D1 are married and reside together. The husband, D1 slapped his wife, V1, multiple times during an argument. D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ.
V1 and D1 are brothers and were playing basketball at the park. D1 punched V1 in the face during an argument about the game. D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ.

V-1 was in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend, D-1. During the altercation, D-1 pushed V-1. V-1 and D-1 have never resided together. D-1 was taken into custody for Battery Simple Dating Violence.

V1 contracted with S1 to do roofing work to her residence. S1 cashed her check and has not been seen since. S1 is being investigated for multiple other frauds with the same method. CID notified.

Deputies responded to S-1's residence for a check due to him being placed on home detention. S-1 was not at the residence. Director Quann was made aware. A Pass on 707 was completed charging S-1 with Contempt of Court. The SA-707 was placed in the District Four Pass on Binder. The whereabouts of S-1 are unknown.

V1 reported sometime between 0630 and 1700, she believes a family member, S1, entered the residence by forcing open the rear door. Missing from the residence was clothing belonging to S1, along with food from the refrigerator. No physical evidence was recovered and the case is active.
V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and have lived together as a family for almost 40 years. On this date, they were involved in an argument when D1 reportedly shoved V1 and scratched his arm, causing bleeding. D1 was taken into custody for Battery Domestic Violence on a Person over 65. It was also discovered she was on felony probation for the same charge, and was additionally charged with an on-view Violation of Probation via case number 180014410.

V1 reported that over past several months, he's noticed items going missing from the residence, locks being cut, and cabinets having been pried open. V1 reported a large quantity of items are now missing. Deputy Nealis conducted an electronic database search and discovered extensive pawn activity. Case is active to Deputy Nealis.

***DV Injunction Violation Pass-on 707***
V-1 received a text message from her ex-husband, S-1. The message was a video of President Donald Trump talking about deporting illegal immigrants. V-1 has a DV no-contact protection order against S-1 and he can only contact V-1 in regard to their children. Attempts to locate S-1 at his residence were met with negative results. A pass0on SA-707 was placed in the District 4 pass-on binder. *S1 was later arrested.
Victim- Tyrell Aziz, w/m, 01/30/1998
V1 reported an altercation occurred at this location between a couple of his friends and some unknown juvenile males. V1 said when the fight was over, the unknown males left, then one returned later in a tan Volkswagen with an older male. The older male proceeded to produce a baseball bat and smash the window on V-1's car, then puncture the tires with what he believed was a knife. V1 left the park with his friends, and later recovered his vehicle from the park and called the Sheriff's Office. V1's friends could not be located, nor could the suspect. Deputy Galarza will attempt to retrieve surveillance video from the park for additional suspect information. The case is active.
V1 has a permanent injunction against D1, which states D1 shall have no contact with her. D1 reported over the last few weeks, D1 has called her approximately 25 times. D1 left a voicemail which V1 positively identified as D1, and D1 also advised V1 where he currently is. D1 was located in Deland and was taken into custody for Violation of an Injunction against Domestic Violence. He was transported to the jail with no bond.

R1 made contact with S1 via the WhatsApp app, and over a period of time, sent S1 several nude pictures and videos. S1 later contacted R1 and demanded payment, threatening to post the nude picture and videos online. R1 contacted VCSO to report the incident. CID was made aware of the incident and will be conducting a followup.

V-1 advised while sitting in O-1's vehicle in her driveway, D-1 pulled up, opened the passenger side door and struck her in the face. V-1 advised she and D-1 had been in a relationship over the last four years intimately, which had recently ended. D-1 made allegations that O-1 pointed a firearm at him during the incident, but there were too many inconsistences in D-1's account of the incident to develop probable cause to charge O-1 with any crime, after a thorough investigation. D-1 was arrested for burglary with battery and simple battery (Dating Violence). D-1 was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail. Cleared by arrest.

V1 reported while at the Dollar Tree, person(s) unknown entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a phone with attached wallet and another wallet belonging to V1/V2. V1 stated she believes she locked the vehicle and when they returned to the vehicle, it was unlocked (no sign of forced entry). Case is active.

V1 reported S1 attempted to run him over after an argument about driving at a high rate of speed on the roadway in front of his residence. Deputy Richardson observed ATV tracks that matched with V1's story. Case continued by Deputy Richardson.

V1 was located deceased at the residence. Evidence of narcotic use was present. Case is active, turned over to CID.

V1 was located in her residence unresponsive. Lifesaving measures yielded negative results. Reason for incident was undetermined. CID was notified and responded with the ME Office taking the case. Residence sealed, keys placed into CID locker.

V-1 advised a verbal argument became physical with D-1. D-1 was determined the primary aggressor and was arrested for felony battery due to prior battery conviction. D-1 was transported to VCBJ. Case cleared by arrest.
V1 and D1 resided together as a family unit and share a child in common. D-1 battered V-1 while attempting to retrieve his cellular phone. D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ. DV CBA.
V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument, which turned physical. W-1 attempted to break up the physical fight until deputies arrived. D1 also took V1's phone from her to prevent her from calling 9-1-1. DV CBA.
Deltona CST spent the majority of the day assisting patrol with active calls. Two K-9 tracks led to the arrests of a burglary suspect (Case Number 18-14194) and a subject with felony charges for Child Neglect (Case Number 18-14205).

D-1 abandoned a vehicle at Howland Blvd and Graves Ext., which appeared to have been involved in a crash. V-1 called VCSO advising a female was running around their property. D-1 was observed on video surveillance entering V-1's property and entering V-1's unlocked pickup truck. D-1 left on foot and was found a short time later by K9, who tracked her to the driveway of 3290 Red Fox Drive. D-1 was taken into custody. Cleared by arrest.

V1 reported his 2005 Chevy Sport Utility was damaged while parked in his driveway. Deputy Teske observed damage to the driver's door as if someone was trying to force entry but that was unnecessary because the door was unlocked. Case Active: continued by Deputy Teske.
V-1 was in a verbal altercation with her husband, D-1. During the altercation, it turned physical when D-1 began shoving and holding V-1's face on the bed to the point where she could not breathe. During the incident, D-1 knocked down V-2, a juvenile, on three occasions. V-1 had visible signs of injuries, but refused rescue. V-2 was not injured. D-1 was located and taken into custody for DV Felony Battery and DV Child Abuse. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. Cleared by arrest.

V-1 was in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend, S-1. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 several times with his hands, knocking her down to the floor. While on the floor, S-1 kicked V-1. V-1 had swelling on the forehead and redness on the face. S-1 fled the residence. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. A Pass-on 707 was completed and placed in the District Four Pass-on Binder charging S-1 with DV Simple Battery.

R-1 arrived to work at V-1 and observed a busted window at the front of the office. No entry was made into the business. A bullet fragment was located at the scene and collected. The window was last observed secure on 06-15-2017 at 1727 hours. Active to Deputy Edwards.

O1 and her live-in boyfriend D1 got into an argument, D1 lunged at O1. O1's son, V1, intervened and grabbed D1's arms and held them behind his back, telling D1 not to hurt his mother. D1 began throwing his head backward multiple times, striking V1 in the nose and mouth, causing injury. D1 fled before deputies' arrival. DV pamphlet was given to V1 and V1 was evaluated by rescue on scene. All attempts to locate D1 met with negative results and a State Attorney 707 was passed on to the oncoming shift.

V1 advised unknown person(s) deposited money into her bank account fraudulently through Bank of America between 06/13/2018 and 06/15/2018, via online banking (cell phone). V1 stated her paycheck was deposited to her account on 06/14/2018 and on 06/15/2018, another deposit was deposited into her account. V1 stated a short time later the same amount was withdrawn from the account. V1 also stated her direct-deposited paycheck was withdrawn from her account. The unknown suspect(s) used (fraudulent) checks. Case is active.

V1 advised during a road rage incident at this location, D1 forced V1 to stop in the middle of the road. An argument ensued, and D1 walked over to V1's car and punched him in the face through the open window, while V1 was in the car. D1 then left and V1 went to District 4 to report this incident. D1 was contacted later and refused to answer any questions about the incident. After viewing a photo lineup, V1 positively identified D1 as the person who hit him, and D1 was arrested and charged with Burglary with Battery. He was subsequently transported to the branch jail without incident. V1 sustained a red mark and swelling to the side of his face.
Victim- Bhren Zabriskie, w/f, 09/24/1981
V-1 advised sometime since 0430 hours on 06/08/2018, unknown suspect(s) entered her residence by breaking a rear sliding glass door and stealing multiple items, including an Xbox 360, (2) rings, a black Tiffany wallet and US Currency. No witnesses or evidence located. The case is active.
V-1 and D-1 are boyfriend and girlfriend and reside together as family. On this date, they were involved in an altercation in which D-1 reportedly struck V-1 in the head and also in a bear hug. This was observed by an anonymous person who also video taped the incident and provided it to law enforcement. V-1 and D-1 both denied anything occurred, and neither was injured. D-1 was arrested and transported to the jail.

V1 called VCSO after S1 arrived at the residence asking for money. When V1 refused, S1 slapped her across the face with an open hand. S1 fled the scene and deputies were unable to locate him. S1 has a prior conviction for battery. S1 and V1 have a long standing relationship that meets DV criteria. A pass along affidavit was completed and turned over to night shift for follow up.

V-1 reported at approximately 1400 hours a suspect was observed taking her Google Chrome (worth approx.. $300) cell phone from a picnic table. S-1 fled the area on a stolen bicycle (case 18-13997). V-1 did not have serial numbers for the cell phone or ability to track. V-1 deactivated her cell phone prior to deputies arrival.
V-1, Lowes, 2170 Howland Blvd, Deltona
R-1, Roberson, Michael J, W/M, 11-11-1984, 2170 Howland Blvd, Deltona
A suspect was observed inside Lowes (V1) taking possession of a psi pressure washer, impact drive set and socket set. S-1 exited the store without attempting to pay for the items. R-1 confronted S-1 and was able to retrieve the property. S-1 fled the area.
V-1, Akers, Daniel W, W/M, 04-06-1952, 1424 S Seagate Dr, Deltona
On 06-13-2018, at 1700 hours, V-1 last observed his drill, skill saw, batteries and misc tools inside his garage. The following day V-1 observed his tools had been stolen. V-1 does not have surveillance footage at the residence. No signs of forced entry were observed to garage. RMS and Pawn search was conducted for stolen items but met with negative results.

180013921- Alexandra Torres Correa, w/f, 01/08/1995, 2031 Jessamine Court, Deltona, arrested 3200 block of Howland for VOP Possession of Cocaine (Deputy McIntosh)
Deputies responded in reference to a reported suicidal person who was armed with a gun. Deputies were told V-1 brandished a firearm and threatened to shoot himself in the head. A perimeter on the residence was established, and V-1 was contacted via phone. V-1 agreed to come outside and upon doing so, was taken into custody. The firearm was recovered and placed into evidence. An RPO was completed and sent to the Legal Advisor for review. The Watch Commander, Lt. Piser, was aware and responded to the scene. No one was injured in this incident.
Victim- Robert W. Cote, w/m, 12/28/1981
V-1 reported his .45 caliber Glock handgun missing from his closet. V-1 last saw the firearm on the 8th of June. The gun was entered into teletype as stolen and the case is active.
Alpha shift deputies conducted multiple follow up investigations and sex offender verifications throughout the day. Several attempts were made to locate and arrest multiple subjects from the pass along book.

Deputies were called to the scene in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival V1, V2, V3 and V4 were found left by themselves and the residence was in deplorable condition, in complete disarray (smelled of fecal matter and rotten food). The disturbance was unfounded however, D1 was later arrested on 4 counts of child neglect. One of the children had a laceration to his ear and an SA 707 was completed for child abuse on S1 which was passed onto the oncoming shift. CBA.

R-1 advised V-1 was last seen at the residence on 06/12/2018 at approximately 1700 hours. V-1 is known to frequent Dwight Hawkins Park and nearby businesses. R-1 advised V-1 does take medication from a previous brain injury as a seizure preventative but would be fine if he missed doses. R-1 stated V-1 was not suicidal. V-1 was entered into FCIC/NCIC and a bulletin was created in NC4. Case is active.

R-1 reported to District II deputy that her daughter V-1, advised she was sexually battered by a known juvenile suspect on 11/22/2017 on a trail just south of Obannion Street and Norvell Court, Deltona. R-1 stated the incident took place inside S-1's vehicle. This report was forwarded to ISS.

DCF is conducting an investigation where money has been withdrawn from V1's bank account by her daughter, S1. Deputy McCabe was only to verify a portion of the withdrawals. There is question to whether a legal power of attorney is active for S1 to control V1's bank account. V1 advised that she only allows money to be withdrawn from the account to pay the bills but S1 has been withdrawing money at an increased rate since 05-10-18. All relate documents were placed into the D4 CID locker for review.

He was advised to send photographs of the gift cards to a phone number with the PIN number scratched off. V1 stated he panicked and purchased $4,900.00 worth of Walmart gift cards as well as iTunes gift cards purchased at Walmart and followed the male's instructions. Case is active.

V1 reported that D1, a juvenile, struck him on the head during an argument. Deputies determined that D1, who is the son of V1, did commit the offense of DV simple battery. D1 was arrested by Deputy Medina and released back to V1.
V1 called to report that her Vera Bradley duffle bag was stolen from her driveway this morning. V1 stated she left the clothes-filled bag on the ground for a short time while she went back into the house. When V1 returned to the car, the bag was gone. V1's vehicle was not tampered with during the incident. No suspect leads are available. Area canvass for witnesses and surveillance was met with negative results. Case active to Deputy Brown.

Deputy Vaughan contacted V1, who stated his daughter D1 stole his dryer and sold it without his permission. D1 lives with V1, but has no ownership over any household items, to include the dryer. Contact was made with D1, who confessed to removing the dryer from the house to sell it for cash. Post Miranda, D1 again confessed to the incident. D1 was arrested for grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and live together as a family. On this date, they were involved in a verbal altercation. D1 reportedly slammed a vehicle door on V1's leg, then fought with her over the keys to the vehicle by grabbing her arms repeatedly. V1 then attempted to drive D1 home while the argument continued. While on Braddock Road at Oaklea Drive, D1 began throwing items out of the vehicle and causing damage to the interior. V1 stopped the truck and D1 was able to obtain the keys forcefully from D1. D1 had a loaded gun in his pocket which he brandished twice, and he and V1 began to physically fight over control of the gun. V1 was in fear for her life, not knowing what D1's intentions were. V1 said D1 ran down the street and she heard a gunshot. Two witnesses observed this as well, and believed D1 had shot V1.
Deputies responded and found V1 with the vehicle, uninjured. D1 was located a few houses away, still armed but not injured, and he was taken into custody without incident. The gun was taken as evidence.

V-1 was in a verbal altercation with her husband, D-1. During the altercation, D-1 slammed V-1's head against a wall inside the residence. Physical evidence at the residence confirmed V-1's statements. V-1 had no signs of injuries, but was treated at the scene by rescue. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. D-1 was later located and taken into custody for DV Simple Battery. CBA.
D-1 was in a verbal altercation with her husband, V-1. The altercation turned physical when D-1 scratched V-1 in the face. V-1 had abrasions on his face consistent with being scratched. D-1 was taken into custody for DV Simple Battery. V-1 was provided with a DV Pamphlet. CBA
V1 and D1 are married and live together as family. On this date, a fight ensued when D1 grabbed V1 by the arm during an argument. V1 had a red mark on her arm but was uninjured. D1 was uncooperative and was arrested for Battery Domestic Violence. He was transported to the jail without incident.

Deputy Chrisley was responding to a suspicious person call and observed the defendants. D1 was concealing his face with a T-shirt; D2 was wearing a hoodie; and D3 was concealing his face with a bandanna. D1 attempted to open the door handle of a Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the driveway of 1480 Agatha. Deputy Chrisley exited his vehicle and ordered the subjects to stop. The subjects fled on foot, but were taken into custody a short distance from the incident.
The investigation led to all three defendants being charged with two counts of burglary. D1 and D2 were charged with resisting without violence. D3 was charged with carrying a concealed weapon for being in possession of a butterfly knife.
Director Quann was notified. Both juveniles were released with a court date. D3 was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

His wife (N1) brought him a parcel received from Puerto Rico containing two unlabeled prescription bottles with unknown pills earlier in the day. Two pill bottles were found in his pants pocket on scene. The watch commander and CID were notified. The scene was turned over to detectives.

V1 and V2 advised they woke up after hearing noises from their living room. Upon checking, a male suspect dressed in dark clothing, was attempting to pull their television off the wall. V1 yelled at the suspect, who then ran at V1 and tackled him to the ground. V1 and the suspect began to fight, and V1 yelled at the suspect to leave. The male then jumped up and ran out the door. V1 advised upon inspecting his home, a 22 rifle and a Playstation 4 were both missing. Upon further checking, both items were found in an unlocked car in the driveway after possibly being put there by the suspect. Air One, K9 and several deputies responded to the scene. After an exhaustive search, the suspect could not be located. The Watch Commander, Lt. Piser, responded to the scene. The case is active at this time.
The victim advised while sitting in the woods with her boyfriend behind this location watching a movie, a known suspect forced her to have sex. Deputies arrived on scene and upon entering the woods encountered the victim and the suspect standing next to each other. The watch commander, Lt. Piser was aware and responded to the scene. On-call CID responded to the scene. The investigation is active at this time and was turned over to Detectives.

V1 stated S1, who is a live in ex-boyfriend , stole a gold necklace and an HP Laptop computer from her locked bedroom. The incident occurred between 05-26-2018 and 06-01-2018. V1 alleges that S1 admitted to the taking the items and pawning them. V1 could not provide any further information on where the items may have been pawned. Deputy Charles did locate similar items in a pawn database showing a date of 05-26-2018. Deputy Charles was unable to contact S1 on todays and will be following up the case to conduct an interview.
R1 is the principal at Friendship Elementary and stated that an unknown person stole an apple IPad from a classroom sometime between 01-01-2018 and the end of school. The Ipad was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. No further info is available.
Overnight car break to an unlocked vehicle.
V1's work issued HP Elite laptop was taken from the car.
V1 reported that his vehicle was burglarized overnight between the hours of 2230 and 0530 this morning. No suspect information or witnesses to the incident. The laptop was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
