Flagler County sheriff's deputies were in pursuit of a vehicle for armed robbery and entered Volusia County. Sgt. Hattaway authorized pursuit and the deployment of stop sticks. Deputy Cowger deployed stop sticks on the suspect vehicle and assisted with the pursuit.
O1 fled from the passenger's seat of the vehicle and was apprehended a few minutes later, without incident.
D1 stopped the vehicle and was apprehended from within the vehicle.
Flagler County charged both with armed robbery and a litany of other charges. Deputy Cowger charged D1 with fleeing and eluding. Both subjects and the vehicle were turned over to Flagler County deputies. The Watch Commander was notified and responded to the scene. Sgt. Hattaway completed the supervisory reports.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with R1 who was outside with her infant child a few houses away. R1 reported her boyfriend (and father of her infant child), was intoxicated and breaking things within their residence. After speaking with R1, deputies determined no DV had occurred; however, R1 advised V1 had made suicidal statements.
Deputies entered the home to attempt to make contact with V1 but he had left. A search of the area by deputies, HHPD and Air1 yielded negative results. V1 was entered into FCIC/NCIC as missing/endangered.

V-1 allegedly told R-1 that he was touched in a sexual manner by S-1.
O-1 talked to her son V-1 and she stated that he denied anything happened between the two.
DCF was notifed and V-1 will be staying elsewhere. All the proper notifications were made.

DEPUTY RITTENOUR RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE LOCATION ON A REPORT OF AN UPSET FEMALE. UPON ARRIVAL CONTACT WAS MADE WITH V-1, WHO ADVISED SHE AND S-1 WERE RIDING IN A VEHICLE.
AN ARGUMENT ENSUED AND V-1 DEMANDED TO GET OUT AND S-1 DROVE OFF.
DURING THE INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT LEWIS HAS A PRETRIAL RELEASE ORDER, WHIICH PROHIBITS HIM FROM HAVING CONTACT WITH V-1 FROM A PRIOR DV ARREST.
DEPUTIES ATTEMPTED TO LOCATE THE SUSPECT AND HE COULD NOT BE LOCATED.
A 707 WAS COMPLETED AND SENT TO THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.
SGT PECK RESPONDED TO ASSIST THE OBPD CHIEF OF POLICE ON A POSSIBLE IMPAIRED DRIVER, SAID TO BE ALL OVER THE ROAD. SGT. PECK CONTACTED THE CHIEF AND THE VEHICLE AS IT PULLED INTO THE ABOVE LOCATION.
SGT. PECK CONFIRMED THE DRIVER WAS THE ONE WHO COMMITTED THE TRAFFIC OFFENSE AND CONTACTED THE DRIVER D-1 BOULERICE AND HIS 7 YOA SON.
D-1 WAS OBSERVED TO BE OBVIOUSLY IMPAIRED.
SGT. PECK CONDUCTED A DUI INVESTIGATION AND PLACED THE DEF UNDER ARREST FOR DUI.
SGT. PECK WAS ATTEMPTING TO CUFF THE DEF WHEN HE BEGAN TO FIGHT AND RUN AWAY.
SGT. PECK DEPLOYED HIS TASER WITH NO EFFECT. THE DEF THEN FELL DOWN AS HE WAS RUNNING AND SGT PECK AND CHIEF GODFREY WERE ABLE TO TAKE THE DEF INTO CUSTODY.

R-1 advised that she turned her back for a brief moment to answer her telephone and discovered her 1 yr old son O-1 in the pool. R-1 advised that O-1 was in the water for a very brief period of time. Rescue personnel at the scene advised that O-1 appeared healthy and his vitals were good. O-1 appeared normal and healthy. O-1 was taken to the hospital as a precaution. There was no evidence of any negligence or suspicious behavior.

R-1 advised that she observed O-2 in his vehicle sitting at the school bus stop. It appeared to R-1 that he was not dropping off children. R-1 thought he was suspicious but did not observe any suspicious or criminal behavior. R-1 waited hours to contact law enforcement.
O-2 is not a sex offender nor has any history that relates to that activity. Detectives were contacted and given the information.
V-1 Patel, Vasudev (O/M 07-27-62) 1479 Barking Deer Cove Casselberry
V-1 advised that while he was sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot of his employment, an unknown male confronted him. The male stated that he wanted his phone and his vehicle. The unknown male then reached into the vehicle to grab V-1's phone. A struggle ensued at the vehicle, V-1 escaped, and reported the incident, giving a description of the vehicle and the suspect. The description given by V-1 matched a stolen vehicle and suspect description given out by DeLand PD moments before. A search of the area and highways produced negative results. The detectives unit was contacted and the investigation was turned over to them. The suspect from Deland PD's case was apprehended in Lake County with the stolen vehicle.

Sgt. Hattaway and Deputy Greene received information on a stolen 2013 silver Hyundai (Fl GNPY95) on the Daytona beachside. The information was passed on to all District 3 units and the Ormond Beach Police Department.
On 11-09-17 at 0358 hours., Officer Garcia observed the stolen vehicle northbound on Halifax Dr., just north of Granada Blvd. Officer Garcia confirmed it was the stolen vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. Officer Garcia advised the vehicle shut off the headlights and fled from the stop toward John Anderson Dr.
Sgt. Hattaway authorized the deployment of stop sticks on the stolen fleeing vehicle. Sgt. Hattaway took a stationary position on John Anderson Dr., just north of Granada Blvd. and deployed his stop sticks. The stolen vehicle driver's side front tire impacted with the stop sticks. The vehicle continued to flee westbound over the Granada Bridge. Several units from Ormond Beach Police Department, Holly Hill Police Department and Sheriff's Office continued to spot the vehicle as it traveled south into Daytona. The vehicle was last seen westbound on 15th St. and Nova Rd. Efforts to locate the vehicle were unsuccessful.
The Watch Commander was notified of the deployment.
V1 reported on 11-08-17, sometime between 1330 hours and 1700 hours, unknown suspect(s) entered her residence with forced entry. The suspect(s) rummaged through the residence and stole 2 Pandora rings. Case active to Deputy Greene.

V1 was found deceased by her adult son. Per the family, V1 had a history of narcotics abuse and there were indicators of a possible overdose. CID, Crime Scene, and the Medical Examiner's Office responded to the scene to further the investigation.

A well-being check was requested by a neighbor for V-1 due to his age and a recent illness. V-1 was found very recently deceased inside the residence due to natural causes. Nothing suspicious observed and the medical examiner is taking jurisdiction over the investigation.

D-1 grabbed his daughter V-1 by the neck during a verbal altercation. V-1 said her necklace was broken during the exchange. V-1 is several months' pregnant, which is known by D-1.

R-1 advised that an unknown subject had given her child candy and chips a few days prior. The description of the male and vehicle matched the description of the male previously reported in the area, possibly attempting to lure children (VCSO Case# 17-27529) on Sunday, Nov. 5. R-1 stated that she confiscated the goods and discarded them. R-1 decided to report the event because she was notified of the prior incident. No other information or evidence could be gathered.
Suspect info: white male only described as having long curly blonde hair and goatee facial hair.
Suspect vehicle: described as a gray or silver truck.

DEPUTY RITTENOUR RESPONDED TO A SHOPLIFTING IN PROGRESS WHERE THE SUSPECT WAS FIGHTING AN EMPLOYEE. UPON ARRIVAL THE SUSPECT HAD FLED. THE STORE RECOVERED THE STOLEN ITEMS: SHIRTS, SOCKS AND AIR FRESHENERS. THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING
DEPUTIES HELD AND RAY RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE LOCATION WHERE SUSPECTS HAD ENTERED A STORAGE AREA AND REMOVED COPPER WIRE AND OTHER METAL AND COPPER ITEMS. THE INCIDENT HAPPENED BETWEEN 11-3 AND 11-6.
DEPUTY BOWEN RESPONDED TO THE DOG PARK LOCATED INSIDE THE PARK. R-1 JOHNSON ADVISED SHE TOOK HER DOG TO THE SMALL-DOG PARK. WHILE THERE, HER DOG LOCATED SEVERAL SMALL BALLS OF MEAT WITH FISH HOOKS INSIDE. R-1 TOOK HER DOG TO THE VET.
DEPUTY BOWEN LOCATED SEVERAL OTHER MEAT BALLS. THEY WERE PHOTOGRAPHED AND THE HOOKS PLACED IN EVIDENCE. THE PARK SERVICE WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED. THE PARK MANAGER ADVISED THERE IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM BETWEEN RESIDENTS AND THE DOG OWNERS. COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL WAS ALSO NOTIFIED.

V-1'S VEHICLE WAS LOCATED ABANDONED AND WAS TOWED TO UNIVERSAL. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE VICTIM'S SON OUT OF STATE AND HE WAS ADVISED OF ALL THE INFORMATION.

V1 was found unresponsive by her husband. Rescue responded, attempted CPR, and pronounced her deceased. No signs of foul play or anything suspicious within the residence. V1 had a history of medical issues.. V1 primary care doctor could not be contacted. The Medical Examiner's Office declined jurisdiction.

D1 got into an argument with his live in girlfriend, V1. The incident culminated with D1 pushing V1 to the ground causing a minor visible injury. D1 was arrested for simple domestic battery and transported to the jail.

V1 reported sometime between 11-03-17 at 1500 hours and 11-05-17 at 1430 hours, a teal skyline bicycle was stolen from her backyard. No witnesses, evidence or surveillance was located.

R-1 contacted deputies to advise that her juvenile daughter was possibly sexually battered. V-1 was stating that she was experiencing pelvic pain, sore legs, and no real recollection of the previous night's events. The investigation was turned over to the detectives unit.
R-1 advised that an unknown subject approached her children and asked them if they wanted Halloween candy. The unknown subject allegedly attempted to coax the children into his vehicle. He then fled the scene. The only description given was a gray 2-D Nissan pickup, unknown tint or decals, possibly a Florida tag, driven by a tan man with long blonde, curly hair, a goatee, last seen wearing a black shirt and shorts. A search of the area provided negative results. The sexual offender database was searched for offenders that matched the descriptions given (person and vehicle) but negative results were obtained again. A bolo was sent out to the immediate and surrounding areas with the information provided.

V-1 advised that the previous evening he was riding his motorcycle, a blk 2016 Harley Sportster, when he had mechanical trouble. V-1 left his motorcycle at the above listed location overnight and when he returned he discovered it missing. No evidence could be gathered at the scene.

R-1 found her son V-1 deceased in his bed. V-1 was recently sick; he had an extensive medical history. Nothing suspicious was observed at the scene. The medical examiner was notified and responded to take jurisdiction.

D-1 (W/M, OB
V-1 and D-1 (live-in girlfriend and boyfriend) were arguing. That argument then turned into an ownership dispute about a dog they both own. D-1 allegedly broke items in the house and slammed V-1 onto a couch. D1 also allegedly pulled V-1 around by the hair. There were signs of a physical altercation inside the residence when deputies arrived. D-1 was placed into custody without incident.
V-1 called initially to advise that of a disturbance between herself and S-1. When V-1 was informed by deputies that no law enforcement action would be taken, she then made an allegation of a sexual battery as they were leaving the residence. No evidence could be gathered at the scene and all the proper notifications were made. V-1 refused to the leave the residence and deputies made multiple attempts to provide her with services to which she refused. Contact was made with S-1 who stated that he would not return to the residence. All information was forwarded to detectives unit.

Due to recent car breaks on the beachside, several units were saturating the area in the early morning hours. Deputy Greene attempted a traffic stop on a gray SUV when it fled. Deputy Greene deactivated his equipment and advised of the vehicle's direction and location. Several Ormond Beach and Holly Hill units spotted the vehicle as it was making its way back to the Daytona area. Deputy Feaster obtained permission for the deployment of stop sticks. Deputy Feaster successfully deployed his stop sticks at the intersection of Ridgewood Ave. and Walker St. Other units spotted the vehicle where it was last seen on 3rd St. and Nova rd. Several units saturated the area but were not able to locate the vehicle. The Watch Commander was notified of the stop stick deployment.

DEPUTY BOWEN CONTACTED THE VICTIM OF AN AUTO THEFT FROM OVERNIGHT. V-1 ADVISED SHE HAD A TRACKING SYSTEM ON HER CAR AND NEEDED LAW ENFORCEMENT TO ACTIVATE IT.
AFTER IT WAS ACTIVATED, THE VEHICLE WAS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH, ALONG WITH ANOTHER STOLEN VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS RECOVERED AND THE VICTIM WAS NOTIFIED.
DEPUTY JOHNSON RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE LOCATION TO CONTACT THE OWNER V-1 PATEL.
V-1 ADVISED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS, THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARDS HAVE HAD MONEY TAKEN OFF THEM.
V-1 PROVIDED RECORDS OF THE TRANSACTIONS IN QUESTION. THE CASE WILL BE SENT TO DETECTIVES FOR REVIEW.
R-1 BROWN IS A DCF CASE WORKER WHO CAME TO DIST 3 N TO REPORT A 17 YOA MALE AS A MISSING PERSON.
THE MALE, V-1 THURSBY, IS IN STATE CUSTODY AND LEFT OCALA TO COME TO BEACHSIDE. HE WAS LAST SEEN THERE 8-24-17.
SINCE THEN, HE HAS BEEN MISSING. THE TEEN WAS ENTERED NCIC AS A MISSING PERSON.

V1 reported she awoke to the sound of her dog barking at approximately 0305 hours. V1 advised she heard a noise in her driveway and went to the front door to investigate.
At this time, V1 observed her white 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee (GA tag #REF2583) back out of the driveway and head east on Alamanda.
The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were in it when it was stolen. Deputies canvassed the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it. The vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.
DEPUTY JOHNSON RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE LOCATION ON A BURGLARY TO A BUSINESS WHICH IS CLOSED. THE BUSINESS STILL HAD MERCHANDISE INSIDE. THE RP ADVISED THEY LAST SAW THE BUSINESS SECURE 10-16-17.
ON 10-30-17, THE BUSINESS WAS FOUND BROKEN INTO BUT NO ONE WAS KNOWN THAT COULD RESPOND. A SIDE GLASS DOOR WAS BROKEN OUT.
R-1 ADVISED CIGARETTES WERE TAKEN. THE SUSPECTS ALSO ATTEMPTED TO BREAK INTO AN ATM MACHINE IN THE STORE BUT WERE UNABLE TO GET THE CASH OUT.

DBPD observed James Donnelly in a red Toyota truck. Donnelly was wanted for multiple commercial burglaries. Daytona attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle and it fled. Several Daytona units spotted the vehicle as it traveled northbound on Nova Rd. Deputy Webb obtained permission to deploy stop sticks on the vehicle. Deputy Webb successfully deployed stop sticks impacting both front tires. A short time later Donnelly bailed from the vehicle and was apprehended without incident. The vehicle and Donnelly were turned over to DBPD. The Watch Commander responded to complete the stop stick deployment investigation.
V1 reported on 10-31-17, sometime between 1615 hours and 1625 hours, unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle, as it was parked at the gas pumps. The suspect(s) stole her laptop computer. Case active to Deputy Huffman.
